Glad I made this purchase whirlpool has improved a lot.

I didn't see this particular unit in the store but if I had I would not have purchased it. The number pad, as with all the microwaves I seen were cheap plastic. That product is particularly hard to keep clean.

It’s a good microwave, It looks good, easy to use and is roomy on the inside, However the height of the microwave seems a little more than others of this class. Also the fan on this microwave seems to be weak.

Like the multiple cooking options but wished the first 6 number buttons were instant minute buttons like my previous microwave. I think the additional shelf should be little higher so a coffee cup would fit without removing the shelf.

It's bigger than I thought but I am excited to use it.

We ended up returning as it did not seem to have a lot of power. Wattage is reduced to 1000watts for most new microwaves When operating, the Fan was very loud.

I"ll be happy when they get this one fixed, they installed it wrong and came out to fix and now I have to contact Whirlpool for a new one. It came from the factory defective.

It is good overall. One down side is the filter fan is always on even when using the microwave.

They did a great installing the Microwave. It looks fantastic and works great.

Installer was polite and informative about the product. Product was damaged on arrival, not evident from outer box. Installed temporarily and will be replaced with new one.

I had to switch from counter microwave to over range when remodeled the kitchen. Has nice features but does not seam to heat as quickly as my sharp counter microwave. other than that its just fine.

Excellent microwave. Installed in 10 minutes used this to replace a maytag

This is an OK microwave but it does not have any express cook buttons where you can hit a single button get 1-6 minutes

The advantage is that it's cheap. I don't think I can use it for a long time. Think of it as changing every four years.

The microwave itself is fine but boy is it loud! Everything you do on or with it is loud. But otherwise it was a good purchase. Thank you

DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE!! power of this unit is lacking, even though it is a 1000watt microwave. My wife and i are the only people in the home, no kids at home. So, that being said, this microwave has seen below average use. my wife went to heat up some soup, she came back into kitchen and smelt a bad gas type smell. she open microwave and after 2 minutes soup was still cold. The smell was so bad she had to open a window. i am a technician for 30years, and this is a poorly built product that dies after minimal use , just after a year. my last microwave a, GE, was 15 years old and still working when i took it out. Now i am worried about all the other whirlpool products i purchased. then i have to go out and spend another 300 plus to replace it. If any way possible , that i can match it, i wont buy another whirlpool.
