I wish I could give this product 0 start, because that what it deserve. First, this AC has a plug which won't fit into any power outlet in your house. I spent weeks searching into stores and online looking for an adapter/connector to get this thing running but no luck. Finally found it from amazon, but now what, this AC wont even turn on. Tried so many different ways. i spent 550$ + 100$ for installation with zero output. Now uninstalling and packing it again for return was most laborious work i have ever done. Now to ship it back, i contacted UPS to pick it up from my place, and they have all sort of excuses (not showing up to pick it, leaving a post it without knocking at door) all to avoid picking this crap from my house. to date, i m down 700$ and this gigantic piece of crap is lying on my living room floor, making me regret my decision to purchase. If you value your hard earned money, plz, don't waste it.
