Great product so far, will definitely be ordering again.

We didn't need a big freezer so this one works best for us.

It is a nice freezer. This is a replacement for our last freezer that we had for 15 years. The first one that was delivered stopped working after 2 days. Best buy replaced it and the new one is working good.

This freezer doesn't have much in the way of bells and whistles, but it does what it's supposed to do at a cost we liked.

So far I’ve been happy with it, no complaints here.

we changed over to Whirlpool a few years ago and have been happy with all the products including this one. its a base model but has 3 settings for the freezer we keep ours on the middle setting and have no problems it does what we wanted it to do.

was a good choice but did not come in at all so had to go with a different brand and size

Has a lot of room for the size. Is a good quality.

I ordered this freezer as a replacement. It is much larger than I thought, I love that it has a light and digital termostat. It has plenty of shelf space and storage on the door. It even comes with a lock. I absolutely love this freezer and would recommend it.

Great product. It didn’t fit down my basement steps without some major demolition so, We put it in our garage and it works like a charm. No more dumpster diving into a chest freezer.

No problems so far, everything is working great as of now

We purchased this freezer when meat prices started rising. We purchased a 1/2 beef and whole pig and we were able to fit both in the freezer with room to spare.

Other than an easily corrected out of place gasket on the door, it works quite well from the onset. It is quiet and uses less electricity than the one it replaced. The shelf arrangement is convenient.

Good freezer but miss not having pullout basket on floor of freezer.From the picture shown on Best Buy's computer the saleslady and I thought there was a basket. There is just a plastic piece there to prevent food from rolling out, The plastic piece is maybe 4 to 5 inches deep so food could roll out

It was all pretty painless. I even had to postpone delivery a week to make room in our garage for it, but it is everything we wanted.

I originally looked at two different brands in about the same price range and size, but relied on past experience and chose this brand because of it's consistent performance quality.

Great upright freezer. Just the right size for my needs.

We needed to replace a small (14.7 ft ) upright freezer. There seems to be little choice of models in the niche. We were not able to see freezer in person. Though this freezer is a foot bigger I had a hard time getting the contents of the old unit into this one. Also it’s pretty loud. Would be fine in a garage, unfortunately mine is in the kitchen. All told, the unit does it’s prime function and the price was good.

I bought this for my mom because her old freezer went out. She loves it. And the installation was fast and easy. I'd definitely recommend.
