    Gave it 3 stars for now cause just started using it so have to wait to see how good and long it lasted and have to say it did come in great condition

    I will say that it keeps my room cool however not as cool as I wish it would be. I have a really small room so it should have been able to make my room cooler. I won’t buy it again

    It’s loud. I got it basically for my bedroom and it does not work good at all . It’s literally terrible. I am very dissatisfied since I order a lot from Best Buy. Maybe it’s a defect? I’m not gonna even waste my time calling them because I know they won’t return it. I bought two 6000 BTU by General Electric and I absolutely love them! *btw I only had to use during these hot humidity nights and a few other times….

    2nd unit with smaw issues as the last one with same cheap price. *DOESN'T COOL AIR* or YOU HAVE TO WAIT 4 HOURS FOR THE COLD COMPRESSOR TO KICK IN! What a waste of money.
