After waiting 3 months for a Maytag fridge that was backordered we ended up canceling and went with this Whirlpool since both were the same size. We got this one in 3 days and the fridge fits perfectly in our small cabinet opening. Our home was built back in 1925 so this worked out for us. We have a family of 4 and it fits all our favorites especially with 2 toddlers. We are not chefs so we dont have much to keep in the fridge, if you are a cook you might want something bigger. The fridge is quiet and stylish. We removed the unique middle shelf since we have tall items such as wine bottles and 2 litter sodas. The door shelves are adequate but seem flimsy and probably cant handle anything heavy but perfect for small items. We like the design since there is ledge inside to move items around where before we would have take out an item place it on our kitchen counter than put back so that is a plus to get to items in the back. The freezer is perfect to drop items in, we shop at big box stores so bags of chicken nuggets, fries and pizza work great for the kids to grab them. Let's see the long term reliability as we replaced a 15 year old top/bottom Maytag fridge.

Moved to a smaller house with smaller space for frig. This one fits perfect and looks sleek and sharp. I love the finish on it and haven't noticed any water spots or anything yet. In fact in look better than my old big stainless steel frig (which also came from Best Buy and is out in the new garage). It's been tough getting use to the smaller frig and I don't like the way I have to really push the doors closed each time. They are light weight, not solid like my old frig so there is definitely a tinny feel to this unit. However, it keeps everything super cold and that is what matters most.

Our space really dictated our refrigerator choices. We were replacing a 20 yo SS bottom freezer refrigerator. That GE had the worst icemaker, we had to replace 3 times. I’ve always been happy with my previous Whirlpool refrigerator icemakers. This one has an awesome freezer space and I really like the water on the outside of the door. The in freezer icemaker is fast and makes large cubes constantly. The interior refrigerator shelves are pretty limiting to rearrangement. Also the crisper drawers are on the low end, and barely close all the way. The BB delivery people and scheduling was awesome.

Did a lot of research for a new fridge due to limited space and this fridge fit perfectly. It was a handful of Frenchdoor fridges that was small enough. Like the fact that the water comes out of the door. Had an issue starting the water to the fridge (worked when they installed it but stopped. Gave it a couple of days and now it works fine). It was a good buy.

Keeps food cold, makes ice in lower freezer very good but it takes up 1/4 of your space, bins in door are large, and water in door is effective, BUT door closer does not close door, doors only open part way making it hard to get in with a large platter. Bins are in the way, doors should open a full 90 degrees not a 55-60 degrees (see pic).split shelf is great except a restricts what you put in its space. It should have shelf braces for the balance of shelf that is left. Top door catch restricts door from closing it hangs down from top of from taking up a large area of space (see pic)

Due to the smaller space in my kitchen the options for a French door design were pretty limited. I was thrilled to find this one as it fits perfectly. It’s quiet, efficient, has plenty of storage for its size, and the built in water dispenser is a great feature.

Although the design & size of this refrigerator is exactly what I wanted, the compressor failed on day 23, during myThanksgiving holiday Whirlpool was unreachable, however Best Buy stepped up, ordered a replacement unit. It did take 12 days for Whirlpool to send another refrigerator. I cannot recommend Best Buy's service enough. The refrigerator, itself remains to be prove iself.

We just moved into a new home and the space that was for the refrigerator was extra small. We had to look everywhere to try to find something that would fit and that still had water on the outside. That was a necessity for me let me found this one and it's great it's perfect and I can still get my water from the outside filtered

Refrigerator is basically as expected. Deeper than the last, it’s more difficult to see or dig for things. Anything in the middle shelf freezes from the cold air vent, Wish the shelves were more adjustable where if there’s any, it’s only two options. Fingerprint resistance is good. Awaiting ice cube production. Also the French doors do not completely open, only just enough. Thankfully one door doesn’t have to close first, but the seal is so light it sometimes does not really close tightly.

I love all the features on this fridge, although it may be a bit undersized for a family of 4. It has been functioning perfectly and is a lot of fridge for the small amount of space it takes up in the kitchen. The only complaint I would have is relative to its ... the amount of adjustability between the levels of the door racks/shelves is limited. I would like to see at least two more levels of adjustment, especially in the right door. Some taller items require another .5" to 1" between the shelves and If I move the shelves apart to the next allowable level for those items, the other two shelves on that door are almost touching each other, making one of them useless. You can see in the attached photo, if I lower the middle shelf it will actually rest on the top of the soda bottle, but at the next level upward, there isn't enough space between he first and second shelves to allow them to both be useful. An additional level for either of the first two shelves (one upward and one downward), would solve this problem

We were restricted my current cabinets in our kitchen, but this one fit the dimensions perfectly. Love the fridge so far. Freezer is perfect for the amount of food we keep in there and ice maker makes a ton of ice. Fridge is layed out perfectly for us.

Considering that I have limiting space requirements, this paticular model packs a lot of features into a compactly designed space. Both the refrigerator and freezer compartments maintain superior temperature uniformity with fluctuations in the cycling generally not more than 2 or 3 degrees from the ideal set points. Also the unit has been able to recover quickly from increases in temperature when the doors have remained opened for an extended period of time. This was particulary important to me because of my experience with another brand’s model which I owned for only 2 months. That unit’s temperature fluctuations were wildy variant, and the manufacturer was unable to rectify the problem with two service visits. This brings me to what turned out to be a favorable customer service experience with BestBuy. The manufacturer of the old unit eventually consented to a store credit which I was able to apply to the purchase of the new Whirlpool unit. The personnel at the BestBuy Woodbridge, NJ store excelled both with product knowledge and in handling the store credit and change out of the old unit for the new Whirlpool unit.

Love the new refrigerator. We had a small one that came with our park mobile. It worked fine just very little room. This one when you open the doors you can see everything. Plenty of storage bins on the sides. It was just installed so will have more comments once we’ve had it for a while

Best choice! Had a small space to work with and was ready for upgrade from a white refrigerator to stainless steel. Love that I can control the temperature digitally, has a icemaker, and water dispenser.

Trust Whirlpool, Great French Door Fridge at a great price for the small space size that I have. This item was labled good condition but to me it easily could of been tagged Excellent. With the Frighe on top freezer on the bottom works really well for me, most items are easy to see and grab versus fridge on bottom, one I got rid of. No bending my head or body down is a plus. Fresh filtered water really handy. This was my 2nd item I had purchased at the outlet during this year and along with the Assocites and their service, It all Rocks there.

This is a good quality refrigerator. It’s just meant for a couple not for a family of 4 to 5. You have to be very organized and shop once a week. Good for small area and for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend it for 4 people you will have to shop twice a week so you might find yourself eating out more.
