Excited to have this in the kitchen. A couple of things make it special: 1) no protruding handle 2) can set a timer for the light to go on/off for an automatic nightlight 3) 1100 watts--so it cooks great Door is wider than most since keypad is not separate. Be careful as you get used to it or you can hit your head. You can easily grab the hidden handle in a way avoid getting fingerprints on the front in that area, but the key board being on the front glass you do see some finger prints there. Easy to wipe clean tho.

had an older version of this microwave, but this one is so much bigger and very easy to use and cleans so easily. Can cook 2 different meals since it is so spacious.

it's very easy to clean; love the touch controls; involves a learning curve to really get familiar with stuff; price is a little high so wait till it's on sale to get

Great microwave. Has 2 shelves when you need to warm up many items at one time. I love that it don't have handle looks so sharp. Makes a cute music noise when the time is done. Also the glass bottom is very large able to fit big items.

The vent did not work ; they came and fixed it; it still does not work.

This microwave is the worst...... they replaced it 3 times because the touchscreen stopped working. Don’t get it trust me.... the door always has trouble sealing/closing the way it’s supposed to. Keep in mind I’ve only had this product for a little over a year
