Perfect with the exception, the door release. Feels like a future problem. Also had to reset the time three times in four weeks, (with no power failure).

This microwave fit in our built-in area perfectly. It replaced an older model. It looks great and is very easy to use. It is also very quiet.

this microwave was rather big compared to the space inside. Plus it has a weird bump at the back which causes a lot of space wasted when kept on the counter.

My last microwave was getting kinda old, and it finally broke down. I was looking for something a little smaller than what I had before, and I was ready to sacrifice some power for it. I did not sacrifice power for smaller size. This thing gets stuff hot. Really, really hot. And it does it fast.

Great unit. We are very happy with our purchase. I am surprised with how quiet this microwave is, and its very spacious. Sleek look and great functionality.

Compared to the microwave we had this unit is not as good. It does not have the features of the GE we had and is difficult to see into it with the poor lighting it has.

The Microwave was delivered two days earlier, thanks to Best Buy. However had a problem opening the microwave door. Chose to talk to Whirlpool directly instead of returning the product to Best Buy. They offered to replace the product and promised to call within 5 days.After almost three weeks received a follow-up call indicating that microwave would be replaced and it would take another 15 days. I am hoping they will honor their warranty.

This is a fairly standard microwave; no crazy features that you will use once and then never again. It replaced a 19-year old version of what was almost the same microwave. Even though the rated power dropped from 1.6kW to 1200W according to the specs, I can tell you that much more cooking is going on. 4 slices of bacon dropped from 4:30 to 3:15 and it is MUCH quieter.

As a really large microwave, it works great. Plenty of power. The problems were, I only got this one as the website once listed it as a "microwave-convection oven combo". I also got charged a shipping fee of $69.99 which I gladly would have paid if I got what I wanted. Well guess what? This huge box arrived and I unpacked it, plugged it and read all the directions only to find out: NO CONVECTION. So after a complaining to Best Buy on line, I was sent into the store for 2 hours and the only results I got after that was a refund for the shipping and someone to pick up this huge microwave as there is no way I could wrangle it into a truck let alone a car. I ended up with a Sharp convection-combo, which has also been returned due to problems with the turntable and power within a week. That was exchanged for a Sharp Carousel yesterday that is going to be returned as it shut off after 3 cycles. I should say I had my other Sharp Carousel since 1992 before all of these. I wanted a really good upgrade but I guess, the quality of products is greatly suffering. I have no idea what to purchase at this point. Best Buy did update the website immediately as they had to eat the pick up shipping cost and had a very unhappy customer...if my microwave search was only that easy...

Bought this model from a local retailer just over a year ago and board went out after warranty was up(of course). Rather than but a new kit as well as microwave we just decided to replace the original. Will keep you posted.

its a bid loud, and heats everything extra hot. had my heart set on another micro but was not in stock

Unit was purchased to replace built in unit for in wall oven/microwave combo. Had to make a few small adjustment on trim piece of built in unit cover but otherwise it works and functions great.

Great microwave. It fit well with the similar wall oven purchased.

I love the depth of the microwave it is really larger than similar products of other brands

The microwave makes a loud whirring noise that goes in and out. The buttons aren't very good because they don't always respond when you press on them. Overall, it was bulky and annoying.

Microwave is good, but the display color is too bright for time display

This is a good microwave for the money spent. I wish it had a light and some auto set time buttons

Had to return was to big for my counter. Was a little noisy aswell

I purchased this Microwave oven and installed it myself. Instructions were right one the target. The Microwave oven works great and we are very happy with it.
