My first French door refrigerator. Feels like I’m in a stranger’s kitchen now. I’ve been so used to the standard door refrigerators, I have to train myself to open two doors instead of one. I also never had an ice maker, so I truly upgraded. I’ve never heard ice being made so that was a new scary experience during a very quiet evening—ha! I like how the doors can hold a lot of items and pretty strong to hold milk, juice and other bottles. However, I feel like there isn’t enough shelf space. I guess I’m still getting used to it and haven’t figured out the best organization for all the family’s stuff. One thing I noticed, which I’m not sure if it was the new fridge or just the food, but things like cream cheese and other soft container cheeses get moldy sooner than expected, and I have it pretty cold where I’ve found some food iced in the far back. So, gotta investigate that to see what could be causing that. Overall, very excited to have my new fridge. Oh and the delivery team was awesome. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

I am adjusting to my new refrigerator. This frig is slightly bigger in size but holds less than my old one. Since my kitchen is narrow, I do like having the French doors. It is an adjustment to use all the the space effectively. I immediately took advantage of the half shelf, so I would have a place for a pitcher inside of the refrigerator. I like the convenience of having the food at eye level. Using crisper settings is new to me as is having a water filter and air filter that will need changing every 6 months. I am glad there is a reminder on the control panel. I do wish the doors opened wider for cleaning purposes. The freezer space is large, but I would prefer the drawer divider be optional. I am concerned that if the icemaker has problems, I will not be able to check it out easily. The icemaker is at the top of the freezer area in the back. Overall, I think this refrigerator will work out well for me.

I purchased this refrigerator hoping that Whirlpool still offered lasting quality. I have seen older Whirlpool refrigerators go over 20 years with no maintenance. This is a nice looking fridge and the only french door I could find in the small 30 inch width to fit the nook. The shelves and drawers feel fragile and I get the impression that they cannot support much weight. I think my old fridge that had the single door fridge with bottom freezer had more storage space even though it had slightly smaller exterior dimensions than this french door Whirlpool. The fridge functions well and I am happy with it overall. If the shelves and drawers were heavier I would give it five stars. I also have to see if it stands the time test.

I purchased this Fridge after we had our kitchen remodeled. I also purchased an entire set of Whirlpool appliances in stainless steel, so everything matched. I have to say this fridge exceeded my initial expectations. It's beautiful, whereas the old fridge, which is now in the basement was bare bones, spartan and cheap looking. It has only been the first few days since it was delivered but it fit everything the old Fridge had. Love the French doors. The old fridge was a single door and bending over to get access to the contents all the time was a pain in the butt. The storage bins are larger than the Samsung I was looking at. I also like that one of the shelves can slide at the midpoint to allow larger containers. I like that the storage bins have a lot of hanging points to choose from to fit things better. The only complaints I have at this point are that the LED lights are not as bright as I was expecting, and the Freezer on the bottom, though desirable requires patience and strategic placement of all contents. My old Freezer definetly was easier to arrange items. Luckily we only moved the old Freezer to the basement, so we have extra space if needed. I will update this review in a few months when I have had more time with it.

The frig is exactly what I expected. Ease if use. Good value Reliable brand Would buy again if needed.

Love the design. Fits in under 30 inch opening. Our last Whirlpool was still working 18 years strong, but we decided to upgrade to this model. Looking forward to another 18+ years!

I love this frig but the left door was damaged prior to delivery! I purchased it on 11/15 got it delivered on 2/4 & had to wait for another door! This should not have left the warehouse!!!!!

Word of advise....Do not shop for large appliances at last minute or online in the store. Even though I had the assistance of a floor manager and my kitchen is an open floor. I am so disappointed in my purchase. I really would have loved to change to to something bigger and even pay the extra, but the drop off time keep changing so many times, that it wore me out and I was running out of time. So small! Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes! Only if he or she is single, not a family.

It fits perfectly into our small townhome-sized kitchen but still has the look of the nicer, larger fridges. There’s plenty of space. Love it, would definitely buy Whirlpool again.

I was looking to purchase stainless steel and the salesman showed me this one on the computer (based on my price range). I did not realize (since I was only seeing a picture, no model available to see in person) that the only thing stainless steel is the doors. More due diligence on my part and I would have known but when you ask about stainless steel, salesman should be more informative. To clean the stove top the grates have to be removed and I believe they will become too heavy to remove as I get older. Would be better if they were hinged and could just be lifted as I has seen on other ranges. Again due diligence on my part to recognize that as an issue before I purchased. It arrived dented and I am waiting for a replacement to arrive.

Delivered in July 2019. Love everything about the freezer BUT the temperatures in the refrigerator vary from shelf to shelf and area to area. Things freeze in one corner and on the opposite side it is barely cold enough not to spoil! Whirlpool technician has been out 4 times and has diagnosed, then returned and installed a part/board. Still not totally satisfied.

We love the sleek look of our new French Door Refrigerator we had looked forever for one without the Ice/Water dispenser on the outside. Plenty of storage space in both compartments and we are completely happy with every aspect of this unit

Better than I thought it would be, worked great in my kk it hen. Very easy to clean and love the inside lighting!

It’s going to take getting use to. It feels smaller than previous refrigerator. Would prefer to be able just the shelves more. My water picture doesn’t fit with the lid on. Freezer seem very small.

This model had the features I was looking for and is well designed. Delivery and installation by Best Buy was timely and professional.

Overall, this refrigerator is perfect for our kitchen. The only complaint I have is that I wish the shelves were designed in a way that offers more space for juices, sodas, etc. Besides that, its a nice refrigerator.

This product was a gift for son's family. The Best Buy home designer/planner came to the house and recommended these suite of appliances (including this item). Fantastic bundle price around Black Friday sales and professional set-up handled perfectly.

Finally, no scratches or dents and service delivery specialist was the best. I must say after the last installers this person was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you qualified GEEK squad team member.
