I installed this myself. I don't necessarily recommend that, but after some quick Macgyvering with hoses and clamps, it's all working. It's been on the job a few weeks, as I write this review, and I've had no complaints.

I bought this for a remodel of my kitchen. I wanted one that was quiet. This one certainly is. However; if you choose anything other than the one hour wash cycle, it will take at least three hours or more to complete the clean.

This dishwasher works great. Nice sleek lines. Fits perfect with other Whirlpool appliances in new kitchen remodel. Noise level significantly lower than previous dishwasher that was replaced. Washes and cleans dishes thoroughly.

Exceptionally quiet and great looking dishwasher. Installation was a breeze (installation manual is 3 times thicker than the User Guide, LOL). Several different cycles give plenty of options for dish washing. Good value

I occasionally saw water on the floor and the top control panel would be wet, so I was always wiping it down. After a couple years, the control panel (board) went - rusted out (to the tune of apx $350 to fix). The geek squad rep was fabulous, trying a new door gasket and this and that, in addition to the new control board/panel. I kept having to call saying water still on cp and floor. He just couldn't come up with an explanation. After that, I found my air gap was overfilling onto the counter and slowing dripping towards the dishwasher. The reason I think I didn't notice it, is that I would usually run it at night and by morning the counters were dry. I cleaned the air gap and unattached the hoses and snaked them to clear but there was nothing but water in it. Come to find out the Best Buy's plumber they used put in a 5 foot rubber hose (attached to another 18" hose for drain) which went down and up and around to get to the drain. After tons of research on how to stop the air gap from overflowing, I found out that the hose from the air gap needed to go directly to drain without huge loops (almost full circle). Think about it, no pump from the air gap to the drain so the water just sat on the bottom of the loop and back flowed and then overflowed the air gap onto the counter. Idiot plumber cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Maybe best buy should check out their plumbing specs. So, I just got done, slicing off apx 4' of rubber hose and another 8" of smaller hose and now have it direct to the drain. Guess what? No more water overflow. I hope BB reads this and does something about it.

For a dishwasher this one is so quiet you almost can't hear it. It also fits in well with my other whirlpool appliances we selected for our updated kitchen. Great addition.

Was replacing an older washing machine. We found this at Best Buy and have been fully satisfied with it functions set up and low noise when running. Good product all around.

My dishes have been getting clean, I love the adjustable height of the top shelf for when there are bigger pots/pans on the bottom. Quick wash setting is handy too.

This dishwasher is excellent. I have an open concept kitchen that flows into my living room where I spend most my time. When this is running, I don't have to turn the tv volume up at all. Quiet as a mouse.

This dishwasher if very quiet. Loads and unloads easily. The only thing is the handle sticks out a bit and I have one cabinet drawer That I can only open part way

I am super happy with my purchase. This dishwasher cleans well and is super quiet. It is a great change after the mid-90s dishwasher that was so loud we had to turn up the tv to hear over.

This dishwasher was an upgrade for our kitchen. Changed from white to stainless steal and love the modern look. This dishwasher is much quieter and the delivery team were very professional.

It took me forever to pick out a dishwasher and finally this was my choice. Good reviews, great price, nice features. I purchased it on sale for about $500 so I think it was a decent deal.

I love that the flatwear can sitnright on the door or the lower shelf. The buttons are hidden in the door so its a very clean look and its the quietest dishwasher I've ever used.

Bought this as a 2nd dishwasher for our recently built outdoor kitchen. BB had it on a special deal - cheaper than its downgraded model!

the dishwasher cycle is really quiet. No funny plastic smells after cycle is complete. However, the heat cycle does not dry everything.

Bought an open-box dishwasher. It had a little dent on the side but we were able to bend it back. It was a good price!

I am extremely happy with this dishwasher. It looks nice when installed, runs super quiet and does a good job getting the dishes clean. However, the dishes often have some water left on them after the dry cycle is complete. Usually its because of cups or tupperware that have a curved area that forms a pool. Its a common complaint with these new "energy efficient" dishwashers. No big deal, just wipe the wet ones off with a towel when you unload and put them way. The normal wash cycle (conserves water and electricity) is 3 hours (!!!) but you can select the 1 hour cycle that uses more water & electricity. The stainless steel tub should last far longer than a plastic tub and the silverware rack can be placed in either the door or the lower rack. I installed it myself, just follow the directions, easy peasy. The dishwasher is positioned so the front of the door is flush with the counter top. This means the controls on the top of the door are hidden when the door is closed. Before closing the door, you select the cycle you want, select heat or no heat dry and press the Start button. So long as you close the door within 30 sec of pressing Start, the dishwasher will start on its own once the door closes. There is a small green LED on the front near the handle that indicates its running or has finished. We use the Cascade Platinum pacs they work great. It came with 2 samples of them. Also bought the installation kit but ended up not using it and returning it because I only needed 1 part out of the kit. Picked up the one part I needed at HD instead. The sales price seems to fluctuate month to month, we bought our just before Christmas. A month later the price is a tad higher than we paid so we got a good deal.

We replaced our old dishwasher with this Whirlpool model. It was a great choice. The difference is like night and day. The washer is very quiet and efficient.

I would recommend this to anyone weather they have a budget or not. This is a great machine! Never have dirty dishes since I've owned it almost two months now.
