Love this washer, it's quiet and cleans like a champ!!! The buttons require pressure and you have to press start instead of just closing the door. Just different than what I am accustomed to, but even after 24 hours it does an amazing job of cleaning the dishes.

Cleans well and is very quiet. It uses very little power by default which means that the regular wash cycle is quite long. However, this can be avoided by using the quick wash. It has a stainless tub. The upper rack has built in wine glass slots on the right side of the rack. The silverware tray is built into the door, which means more storage on the lower rack for an increased wash capacity. Being an efficient machine, it's soap compartment are very small. Unit installs easily.

I like the control panel - clear for all settings. Definitely very quiet during operation and usually finishes in even less time than the panel predicts. Easy to change height of top shelf, and utensil tray fits in several different locations. I would like the tray to be a bit larger and a few more options in how to position small plates.

This dishwasher is attractive and perfect for the cost. It is very quite. The stainless tub is huge and adjustable. I love it.

The appearance is very nice. Best of all is how quiet the machine runs, you don't hear it at all. The adjustable top rack is super and the utensil holder on the door saves space in the lower rack. Cleans great with many cycle options to choose. The installation directions can be tricky and should be fully read prior to beginning. Make sure you have the install hardware kit close by to avoid frustration!

The sale price made this a great deal. The inside is basic which we found is best. The front fingerprints easy and the 1 hour cycle doesn't always do a good enough job. It is quiet and does an excellent job on the regular cycles. The soap dispenser slides up instead of popping out which is good. Our previous model the soap dispenser popped out which was interfered with sometimes causing poor washing.

Cleans well and has much more room then our previous one. The stainless steel tub is a great feature. Very quiet.

I did not review as many dishwashers as other products I bought at the same time. Got a great price plus a percentage off each product becuase I bought three Whirlpool items at once. This is incredibly quiet. Not sure what the actual decibel level is listed at but you barely hear it 10 feet away in my living room. Haven't had a water bill yet but it should use less than my ancient one. Everything is super clean and sparkly. I do rinse well before loading per the directions. I used the pod the first time, it was included in the delivery. The directions say the pods give superior cleaning. I also used the rinse aid included. I have since used my liquid Cascade and it works just as well, no issue. Tough to see the rinse aid level and when you need to refill. Can't see the controls well when its closed becuase my counter is over it, but there is enough clearance to see how long is left on a cycle. Have only used the basic wash so far and it has been perfect. Takes 2 1/2 hours which is much longer than my old one but the directions indicate that it actually uses less electricity by taking that long. Biggest issue I had was with delivery. The first one was damaged. Delivery men saw that so they returned it no problem. In the end it took two more weeks and lot of phone calls to straighten it all out. The delivery system for BB needs a lot of improvement. All together I had the following experiences with my deliveries: a call saying delivery was on a certain day followed by my calling to confirm and being told no, no delivery scheduled at all; emails saying one time followed by emails saying a different time. On the other hand I really liked my BB sales person and he has been very helpful getting everything figured out for me on the billing end.

My last dishwasher was 26 years old. I cannot believe how quiet this appliance is. It cleans beautifully!

This is a beautiful dishwasher. Works well and is very quiet. I recommend the Best Buy installation. They had it working before they left, despite issues with previous setup. Having them take the old dishwasher made it hassle free.

We purchased this as an open box (missing pieces) and got a really good deal. As we were looking to replace all our appliances for a kitchen remodel but we didn't want to break the bank. We had a budget in mind we were looking at units up to about $400.00. our salesman was recommending a different unit in our budget but we happened to see this one as an open box as it was priced originally at $629 but lowered down to $377 I asked the salesman what was missing or damaged. It appeared to have no damage and only missing the clips that hold it in place under the counter top. I knew that they could be ordered online easily for less than $10.00 so why not buy and try it.. We ended up getting this dishwasher and getting an extra 10% off because we purchased as part of a set of 4 appliances thus saving $300.00 off the regular price. I installed it after the clips arrived and it's not given us any trouble so far after about a month's use. It's remarkably quieter than our old dishwasher. I love the adjustable upper rack and because it all stainless steel inside it just appears to be of a higher quality than our old unit that was plastic on the inside. Our dishes are clean.. so I guess it's working :-)

We wanted to replace the current builder grade dishwasher in our kitchen and the whirlpool was the right size and price. It's a pleasure to actually run the dishwasher and have a conversation in the same room.This model is super quiet. Was easy to install and free disposal of the old dishwasher was easy.

My families first dish washer in out new home. The dishwasher is quite and gets everything very clean. There are only two cons I have found: the controls are Not on the front which means looking for the status and using controls must be done when front is not closed or having it stick out from the counter top. Second having the utensils rack on the door can get a bit annoying with the position of having to load the dishwasher.

It's really quiet and does a good job cleaning dishes. My only complaint (just like every other energy efficient dishwasher out there) is that the dishes are not fully dried even when using the heated dry option; however, they do come out drier that just about any other modern dishwasher (the one I had from 1996 might not have been energy efficient but when it was done, your dishes were bone dry). Having the silverware tray on the door is nice but if you put the tray on the bottom rack your silverware will be drier when the cycle is complete.

We are so excited about our new dishwasher. It is incredibly quiet and thorough with its washing/rinsing. It is a great design and is super kid-friendly in that the buttons are not accessible for kids because they are on top of the dishwasher door. Great dishwasher!

Cleans dishes well. No need to rinse beforehand. Quiet and sleek. The only drawback is that it does not fit large frying pans. I have to lay them flat and diagonally on the bottom rack which takes up extra space

This dishwasher is quiet and does a great job on the 1 hour cycle. The in-the-door silverware holder frees up lots of space on bottom rack but is a little hard to fill. I remove it to fill then replace it in the door (or you can also put it in the bottom rack)
