I bought the Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy because it was on sale and because Best Buy would deliver, install, and remove my old fridge without charge. I was concerned about other people's reviews on this fridge, but I found that when using the water/ice dispenser, if you use a glass with a mouth wider than a juice glass, ice will not fly out on the floor and water pours into the glass okay. The water does come out warm (like it did with my old fridge) but I dispense ice cubes first and then pour water into the glass. I think the size of the ice cubes is just fine although a little smaller than the ones from my old Samsung refrigerator. I do miss the Samsung's two paddles, one for water and one for ice. I don't like having to manually push a button when switching from ice to water. I think the company should have put an extra shelf in the refrigerator section. There's an empty slot for it. The freezer section could use another shelf, also. -- Yes, this Whirlpool is a little noisier than my old fridge, but nothing that we haven't been able to get use to. As far as fingerprints are concerned, I was told that if you wipe it a couple of times with a stainless steel cleaner when you first get it, the cleaner will help keep finger prints from "sticking" to the surface. That seems to help. My old stainless dishwasher and stove do not have a fingerprint problem like the new refrigerator seems to have. This new stainless product seems to be more "finger print absorbent." This new Whirlpool refrigerator is not built as well as my Samsung was. This new one does not have covers for the hinges on the top, and there is no cover plate at the bottom under the doors to hide the water filter. It's a cheaper model but then again, I didn't spend the money to purchase a more expensive model. Bottom line: It's doing what a refrigerator should do, keep things frozen in the freezer and keep food cold on the other side.

This refrigerator looks great and it matches our existing Whirlpool black appliances. Needed a new fridge and took me a simple trip to Best buy and as always had great pricing and the financing program made the purchasing experience ever better. Overall is a great product, energy efficient, quite and has the perfect size which makes our kitchen look better

I am so pleased with this purchase-it looks like a commercial style refrigerator, it's very roomy, outlined well and super quiet. The crushed ice comes out a little sloppy but I just use a wide mouth glass or container. Outside of this ice issue my family and I love it-so far so good !

We got this on sale right before Thanksgiving. I have not had a problem with the refrigerator it looks great in my kitchen and I love it. True, the crushed ice goes everywhere, but since I don't care about what kind of ice I get, I just get cubed ice and there's no problem.

Looking to upgrade new appliances (ours were from the 70's) we head out to Best Buy to find options. Love the whirlpool brand so we were looking specifically for whirlpool. This fridge had some of the features we are looking for: ice maker/water dispenser, side-by-side, and all around more space. Some of the features we were looking for included energy saving and matching for a kitchen. While we could purchase each item separately the package deal was too good to pass up. While it is not energy star, the energy usage far surpasses our old appliances.

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. It's very nice lots of room. Very bright LED lights illuminate interior very well.

The fridge is our first with a connection to a waterline for easy access to water and ice cubes on demand. Easy to set up and connect and the perfect size. Very stylish too.

I love this refrigerator. It is spacious with many shelves. Nice to have many shelves in the freezer. Four on the right side. Water and ice works well.

So as a previous owner of Whirlpool gold which broke down and was too expensive to fix , the decision fell down on this fridge which 'on paper' seemed to be similar to the gold, which is not so here are the cons : - The ice maker takes way too much room - Ice cubes are tiny - It's very noisy - The shelves aren't adjustable - In the freezer the shelves are very cheaply made of wire -The exterior is very very poorly made (pictures included) And now for the pros... - You can do an exchange return in best buy - It's cold and keeps the temperature

It was what we expected and more. We are really pleased of our purchase the price was just right for this fancy product.

This replaced another Whirlpool refrigerator that was almost exactly the same but smaller capacity. Although I measured a couple of times and thought it would fit just fine I still had to trim the cabinets so it would fit. The back of the unit sits lower than the front, and every bit of width is used. Great fridge but just be sure it will fit with a little room to spare.

The ice maker and water in the door is awesome, lots of space for all the food freezer holds alot of food as well

We received excellent help from Best buy. When the Refrigerator that we wanted would not be available for two extra weeks, we were offered a 'slight' upgrade that was available immediately. The installers were professional, nice guys, were finished in record time, and wishes us a nice day!

This is our first time owning a side by side refrigerator & we love everything about it! We also had a great salesperson at Best Buy & nice delivery guys!

I love my frig but stainless steel is hard to keep those darn fingerprints off.

This is a good product for a good price. It matched well with the other appliances with the whirlpool package.

I love the sleek look of my new fridge...it cools great...it's quite, you can't really hear it running, luv the blue lighting on the door, the drawers glide very smoothly...there are only two things I'm not too crazy about...one my old fridge had drawers in the freezer and this one has shelves which I am getting used to...plus Costco has some clear acrylic freezer containers and they work and look great...the other is the ice maker spits ice everywhere which my other one did as well so that's not really a big deal to me...the thing that bothers me about it is that it leaves water spots down the front of my gorgeous fridge so I have to clean it a bit more than usual...but I still love it!
