We love this oven for the space inside. The ease of operation is great. Cooks evenly and the WiFi ability is a wonderful feature, your in constant contact with the oven at all times.

Roasted butternut squash perfectly! Cookies come out with crispy edges and soft centers.. yum! Bought the same model when I remodeled the kitchen because I loved it so much!

This oven looks great paired with our other stainless steel appliances. It cooks very evenly and is so much more consistent than the 20 year old GE oven it replaced. I took off a star because the touchscreen isn’t always responsive on the first try and it is very unclear how to turn the oven off. If doesn’t have an off button and it doesn’t have any clear indication when it has turned off. You know it is off when you get it to return to the home screen, but I wish the interface made it crystal clear when the oven is off.

I had this item Whirlpool - 27" Built-In Double Electric Wall Oven - Stainless steel installed on 11/14/18. The Item did not work. I called the Whirlpool customer service who instructed me to turn off the breaker and wait then turn it back on. This did not resolve the issue I was told to call them back the next day. I was told by Whirlpool customer service that they would get back to me by the end of the day and update me as to the status. No call was received. I called the next day and there was a recorded cal stating that they were in "Update Training" to try in 2 hours. I call the next day and was told that the IO department was looking into it and that they did not know when they would hear from the IO department as to when the item would be repaired but to expect a call be the end on the day. I call 11/19/18 and was told by gentlemen claiming to be the customer service supervisor that they had no time frame as to when they would repair the item but that I should wait to hear from them sometime in the future with a status update. When asked for an ETA the customer service supervisor repeatedly stated that they have no ETA but it will happen at some time in the future. I asked the customer service supervisor if it would be repaired before Thanksgiving he repeated the I don't know mantra. I asked if they actually knew how to repair the item and he stated the same I don't know mantra. American consumer beware Whirlpool's customer service has no idea when they can repair they er products so if you purchase from Whirlpool and your product breaks even before you can use it , you are wasting your money. Check the BBB web site and you will be surprised to find other similar testimonies with respect to Whirlpool. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Love the double ovens and the new techy interface. We did not get a user manual so we have had a little trouble figuring out how to make sure it is off, but it wasn't terribly hard. I do wish that the display would actually go to sleep or go off after a certain time period. It's great to be able to control by our telephones when we need to!

A beautiful fit and look!! It was well worth the wait to make our kitchen complete!!

I’ve only used for a month but so far has been a good oven. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews about the venting on the bottom but hasn’t been a big problem for me.

I don't know how to use it, but my wife really compliments all features of the oven. She says there is no comparison between how this new oven works vs our older oven. She is extremely pleased, (which makes me extremely pleased).

My wife really likes this product. She finds it very easy to use and it makes our kitchen look nice.

The product is great. Telephone customer service was great. However, the invoice price indicated transportation was free. Yet I was charged $74.56 for delivery. I contacted Geek Squad Service, Geovanni, who promised to issue a credit. However, the credit h as been forthcoming. I have contested the charge to my credit card company which I am hopeful will resolve the issue.

This is a beautiful oven! I can't wait to bake my Thanksgiving turkey in it this year!

I cannot really review this purchase yet. Since I bought it 28 July, it still hasn't arrived in this area so my appointment for installation has been changed three (3) times. So far 1 September is my appointment.
