I've had this fridge about a month and have had no problems. Taking off all the tape and plastic was a chore. There is a defect at the top of the doors where it looks like insulation squeezed out of the door. I carefully scraped it off. The doors are slightly misaligned, but not enough for me to bother adjusting them yet. I have not experienced any high-pitched whines or issues that others have talked about. You can hear the icemaker filling and when it drops cubes, but it is no louder than my old fridge. It is a small icemaker bin, but I don't use much ice, so it doesn't bother me. The freezer shelves do frost up when the door is opened for a while and cold air blows right in your face when you open the freezer due to a vent at the top. That will be nice in the summer. I purchased the door butter tray separately (Whirlpool WPW10324760) and it fit fine - the flip up part is a little tight/stiff though. I did remove one main shelf so that there is more space to fit tall items. Guess I have a spare in case something happens. I do wish the shelves were more adjustable like older fridges used to be. The door bins are much larger than my old fridge and hold tons of stuff. The fingerprint resistance seems to work well and the fridge is magnetic, great news for my magnet collection. I am very impressed with the amount of space, I used to run out of room after grocery shopping, no chance of that now!

The refrigerator, undoubtedly, has a very nice overall look to it. But, the quality is lacking. The left door (and this was my third attempt) does not drop and lock like the right one and the shelves cannot be taken out without forcing the doors back further than they should go. You'd think that something so simple as taking out shelves would be a breeze for Whirlpool to figure out; but, that's what happens when products are made in China and not in the USA -- no Quality Control; hence, I've decided to try another brand and if it works out, I'll stick with them.

Refrigerator works great. Geek Squad delivered and set it up as promised in a very professional manner. We couldn’t believe have much more room this 28.5 cu. ft. frig had compared to our old 25 cu. ft. frig . The unit is well lit and is nicely configured. I have noticed some reviews stating that the frig is too noisy when filling the ice tray. I don’t find it to be that bad especially with the unit being located in the door so you have more shelf space inside the freezer. We really like the fact that figure prints don’t show. I would recommend this refrigerator.

We had trouble finding a fridge that fit into our space that had the inner capacity that we wanted. We finally decided on this refrigerator, and I am glad that we did. The capacity inside is outstanding. The refrigerator is very quiet -- our last one was very noisy, so this is a very welcome change. So far, we love everything about this one. I highly recommend it.

The fridge is very quiet during operation. The ice maker being located in the door gives you more useable space in the freezer section. The ice maker w/metered amounts of water being dispensed is great for knowing how much water is actually in your glass or mug. Love the new outside color/finish and have received numerous compliments!

I know it's only a refrigerator but I love just looking at it. It fits into the same size opening as my last frig but has so much more room inside. It is quiet and every shelf inside is durable. It takes a beating from a large family opening and closing the door all day long. Again...I know it is just a refrigerator but when an appliance makes your life easier you fall in love with it. And I love this frig!

This fits in the same space as the previous frig but has so much MORE room. Loving the extra space. So far, very quiet except when the ice maker is pulling water; then it is very loud but only for a moment, so this is really not an issue for me. Also, the ice maker only fills approx. half full in 24 hours. We are not party people, so this is not an issue for us, but if you want to use a lot of ice, this ice maker may not be for you. This is really the biggest negative so far, which again, is not an issue for us. It is very elegant and looks great in our kitchen.

I do not have this and it better not be on my bill!

seriously. Who sells a fridge without a butter bin? Freaking ridiculous
