This product was not for our full time home, so we wanted a cheaper unit because it would not get a lot of use. It works well for its intended purpose.

I love that this machine has auto-sensing on the load size. I've been doing a lot of yard work and get very muddy clothes. I can set it for heavy soil level and two wash cycles and my muddy clothes come out clean.

Purchased these to replace an old mismatched pair and really like them. Functional, pleasing design, decreased time to wash from previous experiences and saves water.

4stars. Brand new washer machine broke down after one day use. Luckily I bought warranty and got a new one but it took a couple of days to get one re installed in my house

i would totally recommend this washer to anyone who is not looking to break the bank and still get a fine piece of machinery. Easy to use and meets all my washing needs!

High efficiency with an agitator really gets the clothes clean - plenty of settings to fit your washing needs - really wrings out the water on spin cycle, saves drying time

Purchased my wife at Best Buy and it was a pleasant experience.The salesperson was a great help and made it a pleasant experience and did what he could to be sure i recieved best deal possible.The washer works great and wife likes it alot.

Got the pair of washer and dryer. Prices were great, both function wonderfully. Energy efficient option is a life saver. I'm not a laundry conoisseur but this does all the jobs for me I need it to. Looking forward to a hopefully long life with this one!

Works great so far for the price tag. It’s not your WiFi enabled, espresso making, high def appliance but it is a quality product at this price point.

I like the feature whereby the water level is done automatically via some algorithm using the weight and height of the load to determine how much water to add. Also, if wanted, has the usual low, medium, high choice on the dial.

did not come with water hoses. takes 1:20 min to do a heavy duty wash. Does not let you spray clothes as it fills, lid must be down before water starts to fill . has a locked lid . there is no OFF washer always on. have to unplug each time.

Was a little hesitant to go with another whirlpool washer since our previous one broke down in less than 2 years. So far we have not had any problems with the washer. There are multiple settings to choose from for all sorts of clothes.

Nothing like the Whirlpool ultimate care washer I had for 21 years. It doesn't fill with the lid up which I really dislike.Water to fill it stops and starts many times. Has an agitator but the clothes gently swish around. Spin cycle isn't as forceful as my older washer so now my clothes are more then damp going in to the dryer. Bring back the Ultimate Care line!

but couldn't resist the price on this one. Also looked at machines with no adjetaters but they just don't seem to clean the clothes as well.

The noise it makes is annoying! Didn't want an agitator, but the one I tried, Samsung, sounded the same.

Had a very old w/d set that was small, power consuming and loud. Got these for a great price and so glad I did!! Delivery was fast. Hooked them up myself since they are relatively light and a grown up.

So far in love with this machine with all the options that are available on it. Not so generic so you can do so much with this machine. Wash delicates and quick washes and all that. You will not be disappointed.

Filling the tub and going through the rinse cycle seems really slow but that may be due to the water sensing feature for the water level.

Our space limited us in choosing a washer. It seems a little gentler on clothes than some of the older models. Clothes get clean.
