I do a lot of laundry. At least 3 loads a day. So when it was time to upgrade to a new washer I was thrilled to get this one. I love that I can wash my king sized comforter in it! I also love that instead of a heart attack inducing BEEEEEEEEEP when the load is finished, it plays a sweet little song to let me know my laundry is done. I only wish that I could open the lid to add laundry instead of pausing it to unlock it. Not huge deal, but annoying.

I was a little apprehensive about buying the washer at first because there were a few negative reviews, but then I realized you can find those on pretty much anything you buy. I had read a couple reviews about this washer leaving soap on clothes. I have not experienced that and would be willing to guess, those who do are not using High Efficiency (HE) detergent designed for these types of washers. The manual recommends it, but some people do not read directions. I have only had the washer for a month, so obviously I cannot speak to its reliability over time, but it does a good job of washing clothes, is reasonably quiet, and has much lower operating costs compared to my previous washer. Whirlpool has been making appliances for a long time, so I see no reason why it will not serve me, or anyone else, well for years.

I've had Whirlpool products before and found them to be reliable and high-performing. I felt confident that this washer would meet my needs at a reasonable price and so far it is proving to be the case. I'm especially pleased with what a quiet machine it is.

This is my first agitator free washer. It is the best washer I have ever had. Not only can I wash more laundry at one time, my water bill has reduced substantially and my clothing is very clean. Absolutely love this washer and would recommend it to anyone.

Great machine. Our first HE. Can't see what's going on inside (could have bought clear lid model). Drives me a little crazy but wife has no problems with that feature. Online reviews have been spot on with this washer. American made!

makes doing the wash as easy as pushing a button, need the HE soap but it doesn't cost more than the old soap. all digital setting makes doing different laundry types easy.

We were replacing a front loader that broke, but we've been really happy with it so far. Has all the necessary cycles and is pretty quiet.

I have always had a whirlpool washer and dryer. When I went to by a new set I was torn between this Whirlpool and an LG Model. I do think I should have purchased the LG model. I have only had the set a month and I has torn a comforter and scraped the top sides of the barrel of the washing machine. The dryer makes way to much noise while drying clothes, like the bottom is loose and vibrates. Very disappointed.

Like my washer. It is water and power efficient. I recommend this model. The price was very good. A great deal at best buy.

Good washer, easy to use and operate, energy efficient. However, it cannot open once the procedure is started.

I really enjoy my new washer. It is easy to operate and the controls are easy to figure out. The only thing is I had to get use to the different sounds this washer makes as it goes thru the cycle.

I have always found Whirlpool washers and dryers top quality.This was my first high efficiency washer.Although the small amount of water in the tub took some getting used to,I found that is very good at cleaning the clothes.

Great washer...has an automatic water and adjustment water levels for a fast efficient wash and rinse cycles...love the aid all detergent,bleach and softeners at beginning of wash in special individual draw. Saves water in all cycles...

I love this washer. Clean clothes very well. I had old work clothes that had stains on it that this washer has removed!

I really love this machine. Its easy to use and has lots of settings. The machine isn't too loud and I can sleep right through it. Its fast and efficient and doesn't use much water. It looks nice as well!

I was looking for a front loader but I could t pass up this deal. Since using this machine, I am please how clean my clothes are and it is really quiet while working.

I had a Maytag in mind when I went to Best Buy. Whirpool's price was better. The overall look was better too. My husband and I are glad we made the choice.
