The entire process was great. They arrived on time for delivery. Installed and removed the old washer with no problems. The new washing machine works perfectly.

This is really good washing machine, and the price can’t be beat. The cycles seem to take a little longer than my old machine, but that’s a minor issue.

We really like the dryer so far, the only issue we are having is: When you pull up the lint trap at the top of the machine. Half the lint falls back down the hole. This has happened every time I have tried to empty the trap. Now I'm worried it will build up and catch fire. That is the only issue we've had with it. It dries great.

I had to replace my $1k+ "fancy" Samsung washer and I had it for less than 5 years... This new washer is wonderful. It simply washes my clothes without any high tech hassle. Is it loud? Yeah, but not as loud as the Samsung. It washes clothes less than an hour. If you're looking for a washer that washes clothes... something simple, affordable, and reliable, this is the washer for you!

So far so good ... it is exactly what I wanted have only had it for a few weeks but it works great ..good buy for the money.

This washer is easy to use. It has many optional automatic features which is very good for busy home makers.

Have been using it about 5 months. The only real problem is more an annoyance. When filling with water and auto sensing is chosen, it clicks over and over. I assume it is detecting the water level to the clothes. If you do not chose auto sensing, I think it does not click click click.

Washes clothes well, plain and simple washer. Only complaint is it's a little small.
