Terrible Experience $3,000 Failed After One Week

I am beyond disappointed with both Best Buy and Whirlpool. I purchased a brand-new double oven for over $3,000 from Best Buy, expecting quality and reliability. Instead, the oven stopped working after only one week of use.
To make matters worse, Best Buy’s “warranty” expired after just two weeks—completely useless in this situation. Whirlpool’s response has been equally unacceptable: rather than replacing a defective appliance that clearly never should have left the factory, they are insisting on replacing a part in my “new” oven. So now, instead of having a reliable new appliance, I am left with a broken, repaired product that feels like a refurbished unit from day one.
Neither Best Buy nor Whirlpool took responsibility. Best Buy washed their hands of it, and Whirlpool flatly denied my request for a replacement unit, which should be the absolute minimum when a $3,000+ appliance fails almost immediately.
This is horrible customer service and a shameful way to treat customers. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance again, and I will never shop at Best Buy for major appliances in the future. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away from both companies.

oven turns off when timer goes off. Turning the oven back on results in burned food because it goes back on with intense heat. Called company, read instructions and there's no way to override this. I've never had a product that did this. There is no reason for it and Whirlpool customer service couldn't figure it out either. Would never buy this product again.
