awesome oven, cooks very well. a little expensive but worth it. not Noisey at all

I am a professional Chef and was not to thrilled to go from my old gas oven to a new Electric oven. My new whirlpool oven changed my thinking for sure. I do like this over so far, I am just having difficulty figuring out the convection portion. I really need to read the instructions more thoroughly to determine if I am using it correctly. I have cooked two pizzas in the oven and they are not getting crisp on the bottom, yet they are very brown on top. My previous Whirlpool convection did not have a conversion of time and temperature, so I may be doing something wrong. I do love the element being contained within the unit itself. I have determined that the lower rack is difficult to clean under, as it is permanent and is on a slide track that is not removable as far as I can tell. if it is removable, it would be a tedious task. So, cleaning the bottom of the oven is slightly cumbersome. I love the touch screen of the panel. It can at times appear blurry or fuzzy, depending on the angle you are looking at it, even if the oven is on or off. The oven is very dark, and more black than stainless steel, so it does make my kitchen look darker than I had anticipated.

After reviewing product ratings for many ovens, this oven provided many features for substantially less. So far it has not disappointed.

Cooks very evenly and is a very quiet. Was an easy installation. Controls are easy to use. Love the slide out shelf. Very large interior compared with my previous Whirpool wall oven. The timer alarm is not very loud.

The oven has a preinstalled 220v cord that is too short for easy installation. Our oven wouldn't hold temp or reach correct temp even after calibration. Geek Squad had to make three trips to the house to troubleshoot, order parts and then install them. Replaced the controller and lower element. Works just ok now. Oven has a heat deflector at the bottom front for openings larger than minimum. It's sharp and you have to watch out if the oven has been on. Hasn't burned us but we've been close to it. Right at the height for little fingers to explore....ouch! Does have some nice features I hope we will take time to use. The oven is big enough for a really good size turkey.

I was so pleased with the look of my new oven once it was installed in my kitchen island ...but the functionality is even better. Easy to use and setting timers is so easy and seamless. The temperature is spot on. Very happy with this choice!

Change in kitchen color scheme made an upgrade in older whirlpool to this model. This model wasn't a display model at any location (best Buy or competitor) so I didn't have a full grasp of control panel. Once installed discovered to adjust temperature while cooking, the settings button has to be used and not a separate button to adjust temperature. Other than this issue everything else is good.

Very good oven... works great very clean and stylish

This oven has exceeded all of my expectations. I am new to convection cooking and still trying to master it. The oven is very user friendly and since I am a reader it was nice to find the manual easy to follow. My only request is that the venting trim should be standard and not an additional cost.

I bought this a year ago and love the features.it works great and is very spacious compared to the other ovens this size. The only concern I have is when it heats up the heat can be felt outside a lot which can get annoying.

The convection works awesome, and the advance heat up is great. Easy to clean, and the big glass front makes it easy to see how everything is cooking.

Oven for the most part is good. It has died on us 3 times because of the self cleaning part. Once we use it, the system shuts down.

Pricey but looks great. Haven;t used all features yet. Bought Geek Squad 2 yr. protection because of self clean feature and intend to use this while still under warranty.

Bought the appliance at a store and the associate who helped me was awesome

I like the way this product cooks. But there is no pre-heat.

This is a great oven replacement for our 50yr old Hotpoint wall oven that broke. We had minimal modifications needed to get this to fit in our cabinet. I had to cut .3" from each side to make it fit. The oven heats up quickly, the display gives great details as to what the oven is doing. The oven is very true to temp and cooks evenly. It does have an "oven cooling" mode that was as surprise but that helps to use the heat so that it isn't wasted to heat the house which works great in the winter in Michigan.
