Purchased this unit last year as a replacement to a 10-year old Whirlpool oven. A little over a year later the touch screen stops responding to some selections such as the timer when baking. I made sure it wasn't on locked screen, Cycled the breaker a few times, But the problem keeps on happening. Looked for service guides on-line and was able to get to the diagnostic page after a few power resets. It keeps giving an error F6E0. From whirlpool's troubleshooting guide, it means communication or component problem on the interface unit. Called 1-800 number, but the unit was deemed out of warranty. Service cost alone is $125 for the contract service to show up plus about $600 for the parts. Been a big fan of Whirlpool, but this $1,900 is not very reliable.

Nice looking convection oven with relative rapid heating. Oven door is almost entirely glass--very attractive. Control panel is perfect for geeks who like "smart" electronics--but once one becomes familiar with the control panel, it is easy enough to program. I doubt that many, though, will find controlling the oven by smart phone a terribly useful feauture.

Cooks everything wonderfully with convection! Looks awesome too

Very sleek and matches the countertop microwave. You’ll just need to buy the trim kit for the latter. I like the fact that the oven blends with the rest of the appliance suite. I bought this as part of a promotion where you received $100 and a free Yummly thermometer when you purchased a wall oven and a cooktop together. Great value and I’m very satisfied!

Reading the manual while using the oven helps you learn the oven and its features.

Instructions were easy to follow and very easy to install.

First time we turned on I was amazed at the electronics. Never miss the time or date displayed on the front. I like the 3 shelves.

Lots of features, some of which can be controlled from my phone. I like that it automatically converts conventional oven time into convection oven time, if you want it to.

Love the oven - love being able to turn it on with our phone from a distance.

Excellent product, WIFI capable and it even comes with recipes preloaded on screen.

This unit appears to have a glitch that makes it inoperable. I’m waiting 3 weeks for Whirlpool to send a tech to determine what’s wrong with it.

Love the oven but installation left a lot to be desired. Fit is still not right. Connecting to iPhone took a while but this feature will come in handy.
