Great oven for the money. Easy to start cooking and baking.

The item came in damaged, so now waiting on another unit and who knows how long that will take.

This is a very attractive oven that does what an oven should. I haven't used any of its digital features.

Received oven date promised, really like it very much. Can't wait to start cooking in it.

This over reset the time and date constantly. My wife was baking and the over turn off o it’s own.

HAVING PROBLEM WITH CONTROL PANEL, VERY BAD COMMUNICATION TO GET AN APOINTMENT TO BE DIAGNOSE.

Not always responding to the Tap, Swipe and Scroll in order to use the oven.

If i could give this appliance zero stars i would! I've had this oven over a month now and am still waiting for an apparent software update to fix the issue I have with remote connectivity! Probably closer to two now as it goes. It currently works one way only, if the oven is manually turned on you can use Alexa or the app to turn it off. You can lock it, turn the light on/off from the app, but if you try to set the oven to bake it states the remote isn't enabled! seriously! It works in one directions only. I've had Whirlpool products for years, but the last few I've had (fridge before this) have all had minor annoying issues - I shan't ever buy this brand again. As for the oven, seems okay, takes a bit of getting used to with regards to oven temperature zones.

Experience has not been good. We purchased oven and microwave to be installed together. First installer found microwave damaged in shipment and did not install oven as had been planed by Sales. Second installer corrected oven position but did not fully check operation. First time we tried using oven we discovered it does not heat at all although display indicates it should be . Now waiting for Whirlpool warranty claim technician scheduled next week . Our order was placed June 3 so will be nearly two months without oven.

I see that a ton of people really like this oven. My two cents. Yes, it is very large and takes 15 minutes to preheat(unless rapid preheat is selected). Seems like overkill to heat a baked potato or to finish off a steak. I don't like the touch screen control. And I don't like that it turns off on its own if the door is opened at times.

When opening the door of this oven (while baking), the heat that rushes out of the oven (onto the touch screen) affects the function of the oven - it will change/cancel the timer, change the temperature, and sometimes cancels baking all together. The touch screen seems to be very sensitive to temperature changes - really the touch screen can't handle the heat released when the door is opened. It's frustrating and annoying and seems like a design flaw. I would not recommend this oven.

I bought this oven and had it professionally installed through Best Buy. Per the installer's recommendation, I opened up the windows in the kitchen and "burned off" the new oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. An odor came from the oven but I assumed it was the burn off. The next day, I cooked food in the oven. The odor was still present but less potent. I tasted the food and it tasted like chemicals. I decided to burn off the oven again. I set to oven to 400 degrees and let it run for another hour. The odor had gotten worse. Hoping that the actions I took was sufficient, I attempted to cook food again. I did not smell the odor while cooking but got the same chemical taste. I decided that I would let it run again at 500 degrees for one hour. Within 15 minutes the whole house had a chemical smell. I immediately turned the oven off and rushed my wife, 2 year old and 1 month old out of the house with the fear that I had poisoned my young children. So, I again decided to open every window in the house, run an air purifier, and run the oven again at 550 degrees for 2.5 hours. I came home at the end of the cycle and house was full of the same chemical smell. I let the house air out for 2 extra hours before I returned home with my family. I get mixed responses when researching the toxicity of what my family has been breathing in. I will be reaching out to Best Buy and Whirlpool to address this issue. I would not recommend the product.

Total garbage. The touchscreen is a terrible idea. As soon as you open it to check on your food, the steam touches the screen and can change the temperature, turn it off, etc. And then it doesn't register your fingers to fix the problem. Even worse, after two years of owning it, the oven decided to LOCK and refuses to operate at all, despite being otherwise fine. No troubleshooting will fix it and the part that might fix it is $450 plus $130 minimum service visit. I complained to Whirlpool that locking my oven is their software problem, and they ignored me. AVOID.

Do not buy this oven. Everytime you open it, the steam from the oven will send the touch screen into an unusable frenzy. You will have to completely power off the oven, wipe it clean, and then reheat if you open the oven while something is cooking.

The oven part seems fine, but the "smart" part is not working. In fact, it resets itself to Jan 1 midnight over and over again, loses WiFi connectivity, never allows control from app... Spoken to Jared on the helpline several times over 5 weeks, and all I get so far is that it was "sent to engineering and they are working on the back end."

I purchased this oven to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving. It was but it did not work. We had another one delivered in 2 weeks so our Thanksgiving Dinner had to be taken to another home. We got the new one and had the same problem. Oven turns off and time and date go black. We need to reset our fuse box to get this to go back on. We have called and called about this but have gotten no help. ComEd came out to see if it was their problem. They didn't find any issues with the electric. We have had wall ovens for 30 years and decided to get new ones. Not happy with this at all. Plus we did the self-cleaning and it won't stay on for the whole time. It goes black. I was excited because I went with the convection oven and we can't even use it. Looking for some answers.
