We love the range, the combination of heating elements and features let us cook with more precision than our old range. I love the large window in the oven. The major flaw, and it is not just this model but we saw similar design flaws in many of similar priced ranges. The bottom drawer does not have sufficient support to glide in and out on rails instead if you are not careful and don't line up the drawer just right it goes in kittywampous to the main range frame. Then you have to pull it out again and reposition and carefully push it in straight. It would take little to engineer a decent drawer slide. I don't know why it is so deficient in this area. The drawer is almost a second thought just thrown in because they had a little space at the bottom of the unit. In an otherwise fairly well built unit they failed miserably on that. So I take 2 full stars for this deficiency. It is plain annoying. I would recommend the rest of the unit. But really, all you need to do was put rails on the drawer.

Replaced a bisque Kitchen Aid convection range with this one. This is much roomier inside, and can put a big round pizza stone inside and close the door all the way now (couldn't on the old KA) Preheat is super fast. Only minor annoyance that took getting used to is that it automatically reduces your set temp by 25 deg when you choose convection. I am so used to manually picking my temps on my old convection KA, that I am having to update my recipies, or just add 25 deg when I use convection, heh heh. So far we are very happy with this range.

This range was chosen for the features, a large three shelf oven as well as variable larger size cooking surfaces. Since getting the new Whirlpool range my baking is more reliable and spot on. Having larger variable cooking options on stove top is a great convenience. This range looks great. Only negative is the small and cheaply made storage drawer. Can only fit 1/2 the content that was in my previous Whirlpool range drawer.

Love this range. The oven is large enough to easily fit 3 cookie sheets at a time and I like being able to use either the bake or convection feature. Heats evenly and quickly and there was no 'adjustment' period like I've had to deal with with other new ranges. Storage drawer is a tad small, but it's a trade-off - if you get a bigger capacity oven, it has to come from someplace. Well worth it!

The range is well built, and visually appealing. There are lots of nice features, including a dual-sized burner that can be controlled through the direction the knob is turned. The oven is huge, with three racks available for baking. The storage drawer under the oven is smaller than most drawers, so don't count on being able to store a lot of cookware. Also, it seems to leave a fairly large gap between the top of the drawer face and the bottom of the range door. Plus, the drawer doesn't seem to sit level in the track. These are cosmetic, so it's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if the fit were better. The convection feature also has a learning curve. At least with the first few things we've tried it on, it doesn't seem to shorten cooking time, and doesn't lead to better browning. We'll have to do some more reading on how to better use that feature.

I purchased this range just before Thanksgiving. It performed well for a large meal, I like the extra large capacity as well as the 5 element top. The oven seems to take awhile to preheat even in rapid preheat mode. I was most concerned about reviews regarding the glass top scratching but have had no issues. The enclosed scrubbing pad and cleaner work great and what appears to be scratches buff out with a little pressure so no issues with scratching. The self cleaning mode works great, quick and easy to use. There were some reviews criticizing the thin metal and I have to agree, it feels very thin and I am very cautious especially loading and unloading the pans in the storage area (which is very small - a drawback of course to the large oven capacity). My range came damaged on the side panel, I'm sure this is common during transport but I am sure the thin metal was a factor. Overall I am happy with my purchase although with a shift to stainless appliances in the market, the white appliances seemed to be a higher price point than the stainless but I had to match my other appliances with white.

I love this range especially the burner within a burner and the 5th burner which is a warming burner. The only thing I don't like about it is I have less drawer space for my covers than my previous range had. I think that it is because the oven is bigger.

I was skeptical about purchasing a smooth top range however, with proper daily cleaning after use this is one of the best stoves I've had. Heats really quickly on the stove top Great self clean features Cooks and bakes evenly

We bought this range over 2 years ago and so far it has done a good job. Minor issues: 1) Heats up slowly unless you use convection option. 2) the storage drawer metal at the bottom is flimsy so you have to be careful not to push it too hard. 3) the glass top sometimes is hard to clean but I guess most of them have the same issue.

I love the larger oven and window. The top being black show all the finger marks etc. I also thought the bottom drawer was for storage and not a warming draw. But I use it for storage.

Installed this a few weeks back. Easy to install, and has been working great. Provides great, even heat and a very sharp looking stove. Only downside so far has been the bottom drawer is flimsy and very squeaky when opening.

The elements heat quickly and cook evenly. The convection oven works like a dream!

Cleans up nice, plenty of nice options. Looks great in my kitchen along with my stainless steel fridge.

I bought stove to replace a smooth-top that, although over 15 years old, had no scratches and few stains. As noted by several commenters, the top on new stove scratches and stains easily regardless of how careful I am but it still cooks well so I can live with that - for now. I got it for a great price AND I have a great warranty so it's all good!

So far it's perfect. Works great and very easy to keep clean.

I had no idea that we could purchase "Open Box" items at the store. My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our electric stove and walked in to the store just to browse for items. To our big surprise, not only did we see a brand new stove it had an amazing low price. We jump at it and bought it on the spot. We are glad we did.
