I feel the machine doesn't put enough water in for the load and my clothes come out so wrinkled. I've tried differant cycles etc.

!st one delivered Did not work at all. 2nd one delivered worked for 2 months. It has a known problem that if you open the lid while it is washing it breaks the sensors. But they are still selling them anyway.

I was in desperate need of a washer and I thought I would check Best Buy and it was a good idea.. The sales man "Bryant" was very helpful. It is really a nice washer it really gets my clothes clean. I love the fact it automatically dispenses the fabric softner and it offers a extra rinse option. I woud recommend this machine to anyone interested in a top load washer. I did some research before I purchased this model. I originally wanted a front load but heard NOTHING but BAD reviews about them.

This washer replaced a front loader that failed after only 5 yrs. This washer is quick, maybe 20 min for normal wash vs 60 for front leader. Energy star rated, uses less than front loader from 2004 even though electric and gas costs are much higher. If you follow the directions and not open the lid once you start it you will not have any issues. Big size- washes 2 baskets and can fit king comforter.

Bought this product based on excellent features for the price. we have not had a good experience so far - this is the first negative review I've ever written about a product it's been that bad. We had the product for 4wks - it has broken twice - we've been without a machine for 3wks now waiting for various parts to arrive and service techs to fix it. I really would suggest trying a different model and brand based on our experience with respect to reliability- friendly customer service trying to do the best they can, but ultimately poor service in terms of getting the machine back up and running.....

This machine is 1.5 years old and I have had the main sensor replaced 3 times. The first sensor died one week after the year's warranty. Management at Whirlpool not helpful at all. Do not purchase this machine. I doubt I will ever purchase another Whirlpool product.

There are lots of settings (useful settings) on this model. This machine has a sensor that can tell how large the load is and fills only enough water to clean that load. Cycle runs very fast. I bought the red color. The machine is a little loud but I don't mind it because my laundry hook up is in the garage.

This is an excellent washer for the price. It will set the load size itself. I was able to wash a king comforter in it no problem with the bulky items setting.

I love the fact that this washer determines the amount of water that should be placed in the washer drum based on the weight of the load. I also like the load settings that even accomodate delicates and large items such as comforters.

Had a Whirlpool washer before and it lasted 15 years without a service call. Hopefully, this washer will perform the same way. I truly bellieve if you take care of things they will last you a long long time. With having a well for water and afraid it could run dry at at time, its nice to have a washer that determines the amount of water you need without waste. So far no problems with the washer, but I did take out the 5yr extended warranty just in case.

This machine worked fine for about a year. Then the motor died. I called the company and they were unwilling to stand behind their product. I would not waste your money on this brand, buy anything but a Whirlpool!!! For the amount of money I had to pay for a washing machine I expect it to last longer than a measly year.

Easy to use; options clear and easy to select; much larger capacity than expected. Very quiet operation.

cleans great....clothes feel lightly damp when finish washing.....
