Does the job of cleaning and rinsing all soap/residue out of the washload. The machine doesn't give a clear indication of the current cycle it's performing (wash, rinse, spin)...but the timer does accurately represent the wash completion time. One other thing to keep in mind: there's no quick access to the pump trap...so if that gets clogged, you'll have to remove the entire front facia or have a service tech make the repair.

I love front load washers, they use less water, and get your clothes cleaner. This one is especially nice.

Barrel is stainless steel; control panel is smooth & EASY to operate (you don't need an engineering degree to get a load started!!!)...also there's a spot on the dial for "clean"!! Dispenser is smooth gliding in & out and also fewer angles/spots to get dirty over time. We kept the pedestal from the old machine and fitted the new one to it because we like the height. It was a challenge for hubster to remove, but eventually he got it--yay!

This is a great washer. Clothes come out really clean. Only draw back that it's a bit noisy.

Our washing went out on a Sunday and we went to Best Buy due to the open boxes for the best deal and having it that day. It turned out better than expected. We got it at a deal due to a small dent on the front but still had everything. The only thing is that the motor is a bit noise, and wished that the button for the sound would have an option to just turn it off completely. But great for a last minute purchase.

Bought this after my old washer stopped working. Washes well and no issues to report.

Only installed 3 days ago...but 10 loads in the first day...6 loads second day. Now I am looking for things that need to be washed. Easy to operate and even the kids are wanting to do their laundry!
