Cleans clothes well. Noisy but tucked away in the laundry room. For some reason doesn't always use all the laundry detergent pod even though it is HE, I place it in first, and I use warm water. Ends up as a piece of slime on the edge of the tub.

It washes clothes and does it well. It takes about 50 minutes for a load which is faster than my previous Whirlpool washer. There are no thrills or frills with this model, but I didn't need that, so this works well.

I am loving my new Whirlpool washer! It is a great improvement over the Samsung that broke within 3 years! Much faster wash time, Sanitizing cycle. The clothes come out cleaner. Only down side but not too bad, wish it wash quieter.

We had an earlier version of this washer and really liked it. When it started to have problems we decided to buy this new version. We're so happy to have this new one . The clothes are practically dry when the cycle is done.

Cleans clothes well, very easy to use. Only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is that it is loud. I have to close the laundry room door to buffer the noise.

The Start button sometime need to press pretty hard to start. The lock and un-lock and lock sequence when the machine start the wash cycle seem to be unnessessary.

After shopping around a great deal I discovered Best Buy had the best prices and the personal service I received was exceptional. Installation for a very difficult work space was flawless! Product works great.

Even though this washing machine doesn't have all the fancy button options, it does an excellent job. I exchanged a fancy washer for this one and am 100% satisfied.

very happy with puchase. i knew i wanted a front loader and so i got maybe the lowest priced one available. im glad i didnt spend more for a different one, this one is great. very quiet.

This was the first front loader I have purchased. I liked it at first but wished I would have stuck with a top loader. The smell after awhile is hard to do anything about. I use the afresh as directed. Water sits in the front and I have to use a towel to soak it up. Door latch broke about 6 months after I bought it but was an easy fix. I preferred the $75 part and replaced myself.

Much larger than my previous Whirlpool and I like the options. It has everything I need, and a few more, and didn't break the budget. It is a little louder than my old machine but I'd select it again.

Machine is great.. just when statesof it starts tumbling the clothes and they are dry si you here i little noise from the clothes dropping... measurements were wrong. 27 x 27...

Amazing piece of machinery. My wife loves it and she can't stop washing clothes. I love it because my clothes are always washed and folded for me, when before I was having to do the laundry as well

Both washer and dryer have excellent sound level when in use. Unlike many other brands which make so much noise, the low humming sound of the whirlpool branch is simply fantastic. Great choice

Has plenty of options from heavy duty wash to delicates. Works great, this machine replaced a Maytag Neptune that I had for years and it seems to get the clothes clean.

Generally satisfied w this purchase. After washing dog bed and even running empty to clean, some dog hair accumulated on rubber door gasket. Other than that, no complaints

I have enjoyed switching from a top loader to front loader washing machine and dryer. We have noticed a drop in our power and water bills since making the change.

It has been a great washer so far. No complaints. I like the pour cup tray for detergent which means all you have to open the drawer and push the button and you are done.

Looks and works great but very noisy , sounds like the discharge pump ! I need to call and have it checked.
