Overall, it is a great washer. Has all the settings I need. I love the fan feature when the clothes are done so they don’t get sour smelling. However, it is supposed to be anti-vibration, but it does vibrate with some large loads.

The washer is working great. I ened to take some time to figure out everything it does. The matching dryer is not performing as well.

Purchased after LG went out, We really enjoy the extra setting on this washer. it does a good job at getting clothes clean. the steam cleaning and ability to use the app are pluses. Cons app sometimes doesn't work have to continually reset remote start it's also a little loader during washing cycle all in all it's a worth purchase and I'd do so again

I love my purchase! And would recommend on purchasing if in need of a new stackable water energy and efficiency washer, its easy to use settings, gentle cleaning actions with time saving features.

The delivered set up and tips on how to maintain it for the long haul were provided. had it for over a month now and ver happy with performance and the spin cycle leaving the clothes ready for the drier

The delivery guys, and especially "Taylor," were exceptional. Taylor was professional, polite, and quite knowledgeable as to the products, the required connection process, and the operations of the machines (washer and gas dryer) that I purchased. I was impressed with their job performance, and more than satisfied with the overall delivery and installation processes that were performed. They are a credit to Best Buy. The washer and dryer work very well and as expected, and I was able to catch up on my laundry. I previously had a similar front load washer and gas dryer (KENMORE), that finally died on me, and I needed to replace them ASAP. I am pleased with the quality of the washer and gas dryer, and they operate as I expected Whirlpool products to.

Excellent washer, was a little worried it being a front load but it’s been great for us. Clothes are washed and cleaned quickly. Very happy with this purchase

Have had this item for about 2 months. Works well. Upgrade from 8 year old model. The new model requires holding the power button for a second or two which is nice because the older one was always being bumped on. Its a bit quieter too which is nice.

This is my second Whirlpool washer and last one was great. So far this one has also performed well.

I love the washer. I was skeptical about having a front loader after only having top loaders but i love it!

The 2nd appliance works wonderful. There was an issue with the 1st washer delivery. The store service was great. The 2nd appliance delivery staff was amazing, the customer service was ok, but apparently they do not communicate or read client notes causing a delivery cancellation and having to reschedule the replacement delivery and the 1st delivery team was questionable.

I being in love for now I hope is better product and quality …

Best washer I have ever had. Hardly know its on. Conserves water! So many settings I needed in my life and didn't know it!

I really like the new washer. The only disappointing thing is that you can’t switch which side the door open on and in my current space it is backwards of what I need. So far washes well, the clothes come out smelling clean and lots of setting options I still need to check out and learn more but it is working well!

It’s a good washer. Better than Samsung brand but still feels a little plastic and cheap but most appliances are these days. It has a self drying component to it to prevent mildew which is amazing!

This is by far the quietest washer ive ever owned. Clothes come out looking great and no soapy residue.
