I went from a 3.8cu to this larger size and WOW! Big difference Now I can fit bigger loads including our bed comforters . Love the cool feature too!

This washer has been in my home for two weeks and yesterday sprung a leak. Also, on the spin cycle it sometimes sounds like a trash can rolling around a bigger trash can. All of the reviews I’ve read said how quiet they are, except for one that said it sounded like a gong being struck. Almost $ 2000.00 for both washer and dryer. I’m not happy Whirlpool.

Aside from the huge dent on the side from the employees dropping the unit when putting in my trailer and a concentrated soap drawer that also seems to have been broken, the unit functions properly and washes clothes just fine.

Love this washer. It’s super quiet and easy to use. The buttons are a bit touchy but love all the options for washing, and love that the cycles don’t take hours.

Can’t go wrong with the beautiful clean melodies every time your clothes are ready! Got the matching set very pleased. Even love the color. Very quiet also.

We purchased this washing machine after our 10+ Whirlpool Duet HT washing machine stopped working in May 2019. We have had nothing but issues with this washer and it's matching dryer about a month after it was delivered. First, it's LOUD. SO LOUD. Second, the Load and Go feature does not work properly. It either puts out too much detergent or not enough. This washing machine is constantly giving me the SUD error no matter how much detergent I put in the drawer and what kind of detergent I use. I do a clean cycle every time the clean wash reminder comes on. I also have to do an extra rinse or two on every load. Since my 14 day return period had ended Best Buy referred me to Whirlpool for a warranty claim. They sent the first technician out and he really didn't fix anything. I called again and they sent another technician out. He determined that my washing machine needed a new pressure hose and switch. It was a few months and he kept saying Whirlpool said the part was backordered. I had to call Whirlpool myself to have them ship the part to me after months of waiting. The technician replaced the parts and we have continued to have non stop issues. Our clothes often need to be washed multiple times because they will smell like they were never washed OR they will have to be rinsed multiple times because of SUD error code. No matter how much washing and rinsing is done the clothes never seem truly clean. Everyone in the family is experiencing skin issues because of it. Whirlpool is horrible to deal with because they will NOT replace the washing machine that continues to not clean our clothes properly. They will only continue to send the technician out to do warranty repairs. This washer along with it's matching dryer is junk. I would highly consider looking at another brand if you are in the market for a new washer (and dryer.) If I could give zero star rating I would. I wish Best Buy would help us and allow us to exchange our set for a different brand. I have wasted so much time having to be on the phone with Whirlpool and then having to make time to be home for repair after repair.

I upgraded my washer and dryer when my old ones no longer worked properly. I love this set and they are so quiet. Good quality for the price

Died after 1 1/5 years. My previous LG front loader went about 10 years before a bearing went out. Today I put a load on and I went to check if it was done and it appeared that it was. I tried to open the door and it's locked. I then pressed the power button and no response from the control panel. Of course Whirlpool has no one in their support offices on the weekends so now I'm off to the laundromat to do my laundry so I have clothes for work and the kid has clothes for school. This is terrible and "made" in America means nothing if the product and the lack of service is terrible. Go look for a different washer and brand.

This washer has been fantastic. Gets clothes clean and has a multitude of functions for any load. Great quality for the price!

Works well, however unit required repair for known issue with burning rubber smell during operation within first 30 days. Build quality is not as good as previous Whirlpool units.

I only rated it good because it’s really easy to over load the washer I guess my other washer was bigger. Does a great job on the laundry tho. I still don’t totally understand the load and Go function but I’ll play around with it.

I have always had Maytag and was more than pleased when I got my whirlpool. It lived up to all my expectations.

Works great. matches all our appliances of whirlpool in the house. very quiet and smooth. does its job. doesn't consume a lot of electricity also

It is so easy to do the laundry and so fast. The kids have been wanting to do the laundry now since it is a front loader and they can reach it.

i’ve only used it once but I really like it. one downside is that it won’t fit in a standard drain pan partly because of the high-efficiency detergent drawer or partly because that’s what the geek squad installer said but so far I’m very happy with it.

The touch screen had me intimidated but once I learned how to use the different buttons and cycles, this is the best washer I’ve owned.
