It's kind of loud. The drum moves alot. Having to place service call 6 months after delivery. Probably should have called on March 18th with 1st warning. It was 1 month and and 2 weeks after delivery. This is the 3rd or 4th incident. Had to unplug to reset it 3 times. It just stop and started draining the water once and I had to restart the wash process. Had a need service message on it 1 month after we got it. We went with Whirlpool and paid more so we would've have these problems. The dryer as well. It's over heating and shutting off for 20 minutes at a time.

The salesman said the “as is “ open box was the “ding in the corner of the machine. Sticker said “Excellent working condition” Got it home went to use it and the latch guard to trigger the machine that the door was closed is gone and they said “ sorry. You bought it “as is “and we can’t even find the part. “ So how was it tested to be in “excellent working condition” when it didn’t work without this latch guard. ??? Found one on my own and fixed it. Love the machine. Sadly disappointed in Best Buy.

The washer has a deep tank and can hold a lot. Very efficient with water usage and does a great job washing clothes. However, every time we use the washer it makes a screeching sound at the beginning when it's "sensing" It's sounds really bad and washer is just a year old!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The noise when on spin cycle is incredibly loud if it is even the slightest out of balance. My laundry is off my mudroom which connects to my kitchen. Even with the laundry room door closed holding a conversation with the person standing next to you would be impossible. I avoid being in my kitchen when it is running because it drives me insane. I figured something MUST be broken and need to be fixed or replaced. I thought "there was no way any company would put out a product like this and think people would be cool with it". I called whirlpool and tech arrived today. He told there is nothing technically wrong with the machine. Yes its obnoxiously loud. Whirlpool is aware so either deal with it or sell it. If you have young children in the house that nap or if you do laundry at night. If you have your laundry on the second floor or on the main level of your home seriously reconsider the purchase of this unit. This machine will drive you, your kids and your guests nuts. This machine is not even a year old and Im already planning to replace it. Only reason I gave it an extra star was because it actually does a decent job at putting out clean clothing.......but its SUPPOSED to do that. LOL

It worked great for a year, and then right when the warrant expires- It caught on fire!! The WASHING MACHINE CAUGHT ON FIRE!! The Washing machine wasn't even 5 years old yet, and with light usage, it just blew up on me during a small washing cycle!! I Haven't even finished paying the thing off yet, and I'm left with this dangerous hunk of metal!! Don't trust Whirlpool at all!!

My washer makes high pitched noises periodically through the cycle. Had someone come out after having washer for two months. They said it was a bad cam part. Took a long time to get the part and not even a month later it’s doing it again. Not happy with the problems I’m having in just a few short months. Wish i could return and get something else.

Within 3 weeks of purchase the washing machine is making a horrible sound. Have to call geek squad back our. At this point horribly disappointed.

Honestly, I wish I would have gone with a different washer. We don't have a basin in the washroom so I thought I'd use the prewash station more. The top isn't flat so you can't put things on top while it's running. It's annoying that you have to press and hold the start button.

Way to loud and shaky! If it’s going in the basement you will be okay if not then look for something else.

In the washers defense it actually did wash our clothes, however it arrived with a defective LCD screen that got worse with each use. By the time it was ready to be picked up and exchanged the screen was pretty much blacked out.

Far too complicated to use. This washer has been a big disappointment. Between this and its companion dryer, I am convinced never to purchase another Whirlpool product. Especially disappointing since we enjoyed our previous Whirlpool Cabrio set for more than 10 years.

I purchased this product based on Whirlpools reputation of quality products The detergent and softener tray is cheaply made and seems it can be easily broken The machine is extremely noisy In the spin cycle I thought it was breaking up. I may have to contact the repair department if this keeps happening The company didn't do enough minimize the noise of the machine

its ok i guess its small and instructions are not clear , no one showed you or displayed on how to first start it

Washer goes off balance a lot. If you can deal with that, buy it

I’ve had my washer for about 6 weeks, and it’s already having mechanical issues. It squeaks terribly when it is filling and spinning.

It doesn’t take off stains and I run it twice. Really disappointed.

Big headache. Clothes tangle into knots. In laundry bags sometimes clothes partially dry. Makes an awful noise and shakes the plumbing throughout the house. WP repairman not able to fix problem.

Doesn’t see to agatate enough Unsure how clean my clothes are getting

I have had this washer for 5 month and love everything about it except the noise it makes when it is spinning. Way too loud!! They need to fix this problem.

Auto fill does not work very well and you cannot change the water level once the cycle starts. Very poor design! Owners manual is a joke. I thought whirlpool was better than this!
