It is very nice but has slight issues with the burners turning on and the electric starting stays on

Beautiful, but the center oval burner is crooked and can’t be straightened without replacing the entire stove. Flames burn way hotter than our previous range, often the Low setting is too hot to just keep things warming.

Matches my W fridge & works great. Relatively easy to figure out digital stuff and like the air fryer basket. I was concerned about it getting dented up as stainless steel is soft, but the design helps prevent that. The top is actually the black metal and the SS is only on the facing parts which is super smart. Knob placement is interesting as the knob for the right front burner is actually the 2nd from the right, which is not intuitive nor common. Normally, it would be the 1st on the right. Also, the actual burners are slightly offset - not sure why they do this - from the cast iron grates. Also, the elongated ctr burner is kind of diagonal - again weird. I like that the cast iron grates cover the entire surface of the stove top (prevents scratching, etc) however they are locked together so it is a little cumbersome to undo to get them off to clean. All ovens are calibrated differently & I used a oven thermometer to temp mine & it is 25 degrees under what it reads. This is nothing new, though most folks don't know to do this. Overall it is fine & I wanted it to match my new fridge.

The two front burners do not have a low or simmer, they are WAY too high when turned down to their lowest level. Even the middle burner is too high. These burners are hotter on low than some of my past stoves on high. They are definitely hotter than my current RV’s stove. It does have one small burner in the back that will work, but what is up with the three other burners, why can’t I turn them down to a decent level? This will definably be an inconvenience for me trying to cook. If this had better low settings on the burners, the rating would be 5/5 and the performance would be a 5/5. The stove itself seems nice and of good quality. Not sure what the purpose of the “griddle” burner is for, seems unusual for me but all the stove seem to have them nowadays. Everything works well including the oven, but I have only had this stove for about a week, just thought I needed to let others know about the lack of simmer burners.

Love the air fryer. Good storage beneath - but I wish it was a warming drawer instead. Like the high settings and the smaller simmer burner, I like the fact that you can easily slide heavy pots from one burner to the other because they are all connected. Harder to keep clean because a mess on any of the burners can easily flow the other burners because they are all connected. Also, the grates are very heavy to lift for cleaning. Excellent installer.

I like my stove, but it took me some time to get use to it. I'm not sure the oven doesn't need to be checked out. It makes a puffing noise when it is on. Like it is shutting off and turning back on. I wish there was a guide book with it. The owners manual does not tell much about it.

Love this stove, and love the self cleaning oven. First time I have a five burner stove and to be honest I never use the middle burner. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because the middle burner seems to not heat up hot enough to make tortillas witch is what I wanted it for. But everything else works great.

This stove was a great option for my family because as an open box item, it was very affordable. It has worked relatively well and for the price, it's a great stove. I prefer that the iron grates to have a different configuration and the burners are too close together so you can't really use all the burners at the same time. The central burner stopped working and the knobs break easily. After two years I'm ready to upgrade, so it's not good for a long term investment.

Stove burners stay too hot for lowest setting, the lowest setting is almost too high for a low simmer, plus we basically cannot use Air Fryer as it smokes way too much even with fan on and protection at bottom of oven, we like the rest okay, wish our salesman would have known more about the stoves you sell. Be he, unfortunately, did not

i do not like that the pans i use on this stove limits me to one one per side . the burners are to close together

It’s okay, the “air fryer” is just a fancy and longer way of saying convection oven but it comes with a metal basket that I guess is suppose to make it an air fryer that way? Dumb . It’s kind of a pain in the but to clean the range with the way it all fits together. I thought I’d use the 5th burner a lot and I liked the idea of it and haven’t once used it.

This is the second range within a month from Whirlpool, and the one burner on the stove hasn't worked since it was installed. I am considering what my next step will be

Burners run high and can’t be controlled so after 5 days after purchasing I called for repairs. Haven’t Had any service yet.

Bought this oven and when it was delivered one burner didnt work. They scheduled a replacement delivery. The new delivery team refused to connect the gas so i had to have it delivered again. The new stove had a broken door. Tried to get a replacement again and was given the run around for weeks. Finally I agreed to keep it after they offered me compensation for all of the problems. Still fighting with them to see any compensation. WORST BUY EVER!!!!

Poor burner design on even temperture across burns

The burners are to close together and the air fry sucks don’t buy !!

After delivery we noticed that the oven did not stay lit. Would click on, Liffey, and after a few seconds shut off. Whirlpool sent out their tech twice to try to fit it, but needed up not bringing the correct parts both times. I ended up returning the range to Best Buy and upgrading to the next model up. New model has a much better looking squared top and I guess a heater in the convection fan for more even cooking. New one bakes amazing- can’t rate the bake on this one as it didn’t work.

Cannot adjust flame for slow cooking. Everything boils and burns Also damage was done to entry stairs by delivery

I’ve had this range for quite a while. I never like to leave negative reviews, but this range was a waste of money!! The burner burn my food! I put it on the lowest heat and it still burns my food! The knobs inner spring came out and now needs to be replaced.

Had problems with burner igniters not lighting on two different ranges.
