Finally a washer that can fit my king size blanket.

I just love the Load&Go, Sanitize w/Oxi and removable agitator options!

Got the whirlpool washer and dryer --- We did not get a user guide with the washer -- called support - they did not do anything for us.

Love size of machine. No just ‘spin and drain’ button/option. Would like much better if that was an option.

The removable agitator allows for plenty of room for larger items, blankets, pillows. Clothes get clean with the agitator in place. Great washer. It is a little louder than my old washer.

I’ve had this machine for about 2 months, so far I love it. However, the spin cycle is pretty aggressive so it will become loud and shaking at the end, but other wise I love it.

Motherboard failed after 2 years. Warranty only last 1 year. I was able to self diagnose and buy replacement part for $160. Anyone else would have a $300 service call and $300+ part. Even local appliance guy said no one around here could diagnosis it without a “special whirlpool diagnostic machine.” Unacceptable for a $900 2 year old machine. Don’t waste your money on the technology. Spend it in tried and true speed queen.

Meet expectations everything I hope for just love it

We purchased the combo washer dryer set in January 2023 had to get service three times within the first couple months because our clothes were not being washed. The third time the technician created some setting that started washing somewhat but I was only able to do all loads on heavy duty, bulky setting. Now less than three years later, it stopped working completely. $1000 washing machine completely broken in less than three years. My old washer was working for 20 years with no problems and it still worked when I upgraded. Make it make sense.

So in love with this machine. The large capacity it great for my bedding. It is super quiet and I love the fact I can track my loads on the App. I would most definitely recommend.

User friendly gets the job done. Wash to use and looks amazing.

Only had my washing machine hooked up for a week as it took the Best Buy delivery service team 3 visits and a plumber to get it all set up..ridiculous But I have enjoyed using it.

This has been a great purchase, and we especially appreciate the sale price to make it an even bigger bargain. The Best Buy rep (Garson Beers) did an excellent job of helping us find the machines to fit our needs. We would recommend him to everyone.

Honestly, this is the worst washing machine I have had in 20 years. The washing machine had a drain pump failure yesterday. Afterwards, I had a machine filled with water and sheets and the lid locked. I have spoken with customer service. I have read the owners manual and I have even searched YouTube to resolve this issue. What I have discovered is that there is no way to unlock the lid in an emergency situation (short of breaking the lid open). Customer support informed me that only a technician can do it (and the first available appointment was in a week). I ended up cutting the latch because I was not happy that I had to have a washing machine full of water and a full load of sheets for a week. Buyers beware! I expressed my safety concern to Whirlpool customer service and I don’t think anyone I spoke with actually cared.

I love my new Whirlpool washer. I missed the agitator!

Clothes not fully rinse of detergent on all cycles. Controls easy to use. Agitator removal is good design, just not sure if beneficial.
