It takes forever to wash im not happy with this purchase 

Complicated. The control panel was broken. Do not recommend.

The soeap despenser is not working. Load noice when it spin.

We just received this washer and its matching dryer. We are coming from a 10 year old LG top loading washer and dryer. The units look great! They seem to do an admirable job of cleaning as far as I can tell but so far I have not been impressed with the load balancing. I just did a load consisting of two 36"x36" blankets and a cat bed. After having to reposition the blankets 5! times in an attempt to balance the washer, I finally gave up and hung the blankets on the shower curtain rod to air dry. Not inspiring for a first wash. The 2nd load I tried putting the agitator in and holy cow this thing is noisy.. woke my wife up in the other room level of noisy. So I removed the agitator and while it's better.. this thing is still loud. Our 10 year old LG didn't make noise like this. I'll give it another week but if I can't fire up a load of laundry without having to close both the laundry room door and our bedroom door in order to sleep.. I may have to return this set and go a different way.

I like the new washer I got. Whirlpool somehow is always the brand I chose. I like the installment plan that Best Buy has without interest for 24 months. However, my problem lies on their delivery company they chose to service the customer. That didn't sit well on me. The delivery people didn't do their job as theyare supposed to. I paid for everything that Best Buy told me that does not cover. Have they refunded the money? No.

Great washer, easy to operate. My last washer had so much on the smart board it was hard to figure out. Washing clothes should be simple and this works perfect!

The removable agitato, large capacity, the water button and little brush that you can fill with stain remover is what initially drew me to this washer. I thought I could use the water button and brush to pretreat my clothes. But any water that you use in the washer before you start a wash has to get drained first before the washer would start working. That was annoying because I thought it would just add to the water. I thought the auto dispenser for the laundry detergent would be useful, but honestly, I was uncertain how much detergent it would really dispense, it was really hard to tell if it was even dispensing and how much it was dispensing so I eventually stopped using liquid detergent and switched over to pods. Lastly, I am 5’1” and could not reach to the bottom of the drum to get small items out, I had to use a stepstool and a grabber just to do laundry. I already hate doing laundry so this washer just made the entire process even worse. The matching dryer was another issue in itself with the constant condensation.

Very nice and roomy. It’s amazing. I love this washer. So far it works great. I would highly recommend it

Whirlpool Washer Love/hate I love the size. Hate that every load goes out of balance. Yea I know how to load a washer. Big or small always happens. We check almost daily that it is level. And it is. So frustrating to move the wet clothes around every time and restart the machine. Loads are taking 4 hrs. I usually give up and use the rinse and spin feature. But I don’t feel the loads are getting clean. I like to replace this machine. Purchased 11/23

If you buy this washer make sure to get the extended warranty ours broke after a year and a half, almost every part was replaced and it still doesn’t work right and now they have to replace the whole unit. First the whole agitation system broke so nothing got clean a week later when I thought it was fixed the drum broke off and the whole control board was replaced I have been without a washer for two months now………and don’t know how much longer I have to wait for another one if I have the option I will not get the same one this has been such a headache I have a normal amount of family cloths that I wash on a regular basis and normal family linens I don’t over fill and I purchased this washer due to the higher capacity so I could wash my larger blankets…….this washer can’t handle large blankets or clean them well! Look for something better like a speed queen!! These are made with the cheapest parts and I’m so disappointed with what this machine cost. I don’t write reviews but I thought that someone would like to know my experience after having it for a period of time of how this machine holds up and it doesn’t!!!

We went to Best Buy needing a washer. They were very helpful. We bought an Open Box with a couple of little scratches on it. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Love my new washer. There are many things that my old washer did not have. Also the quick wash. Love that.

Washes so great with agitator & even better it comes out to wash king size items. It does everything you need kn a washer. Best one i have ever owned by far! It is huge too! Stains are always out when i unload it

We have had this washer for just over 2 years and it is the worst washer we have ever had. Since getting this the lint trap in the dryer is always full because it isn't being rinsed away in the washer. Prior to this washer the lint trap would have lint but it was never full like it is now. I makes no difference how much we put in the washer, 1/2 full, 3/4 full, or full even if water level is set to max the clothes dont fold over. I am used to seeing the clothes during the wash cycle constantly being pulled down in the middle cause them to turn over and over in the wash cycle. Now they just sit there. Oh they go back and forth but that's it. I can place a washcloth on top of the cloths and other than moving back and forth it sits there. It's on top at the start and it's in the same spot after the wash cycle is done and the water is pumped out as are all the other cloths. The only agitation is they all go back and forth. What on the top stays on top and what's on the bottom stays on the bottom. As a result, clothes don't come clean and all that happens is they get wet, water gets pumped out, and spins dry. There is nothing wrong with the washer, other than the clothes don't get clean, and here I am, getting ready to go shopping for a new one.

Love the washer, lots of bells and whistles. Washes great, saves on soap and water. Not to mention the price was great.
