    Manual to use is sparse with directions. Uses too much water and cycles are too long, uses too much electricity. Made cheap, metal buckles in when you lan on washer No way to remove build up of lint or cat fur.

    This has been a great washing machine so far! It is capable of washing our large rug without getting out of balance. It has so many great features, including the removable agitator, faucet button, scrub brush, and intuitive settings! The chimes are nice and gentle. Very pleased with clothing!

    It was defective. Very disappointing because we had to wait another week for them to come pick it up. Then we had to go back to the store and purchase a new one and then wait another two weeks for it to get delivered again! It was horrible!!!

    I have bought several appliances from Best Buy because their installation teams and customer service were excellent. I had a washer scheduled for delivery in June, it came in damaged, the team left it in my garage and reordered for the next week's delivery. It never came so I reordered through customer service. Within a day, Best Buy tried to reschedule for another month. I can't chance being without a washer so I am canceling but now am being given a hard time about picking up the defective one taking up garage space. I am pretty disgusted.

    This high efficiency washer over complicates what should be a simple process. It has balancing sensors that are hyper sensitive: meaning when you load it and start a wash and walk away it can and will decide to not continue the cycle. When you come back it will tell you that you must unload your clothes in order to start again. Incredibly frustrating.
