I noticed a lot of mixed reviews on this Whirlpool Smart Top Load Washer, so I wanted to share my own experience because it’s been great for my household. The capacity is huge! It's t easily fits blankets, comforters, and big loads, which has cut down my laundry time a lot. I really like that it has the 2-in-1 removable agitator, giving me the flexibility to wash delicates without it or use the agitator for deep cleaning when needed. My clothes come out clean and fresh every wash. I’ve seen some people mention noise or balance issues, but making sure it was leveled properly helped it run smoothly for me. The smart features are a bonus , being able to check the cycle from my phone is super convenient. Overall, this washer has been reliable, easy to use, and powerful. For the size, features, and performance, I’m happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love this washer. It holds so much and does a great job. I have no issues with the amount of water. There is enough. And with an agitator; love going back there to old style washing. Have had two front loaders prior to this top loader and I would take an agitator any time over the front loader. This washer is not complicated to operate and door stays up on its own when loading. Finally an appliance I am really happy to use!

This washer has so many great options, but we picked it mostly because of the removable agitator. What a concept! This is the ONLY washing machine with that option. I did 1 clothes load with the agitator and 3 bedding loads with the impeller and had no issues with balance or anything (I had read a few reviews complaining of that). It's very nice looking, very quiet & the drum is HUGE! It connected easily to our Fidium wi-fi. The "load and go" detergent feature is pretty cool, too. You just fill the cup and the washer dispenses the amount needed. Also has deep fill, spin-only, quick cycle and more. Love it!

We've had our new Washer and Dryer for about a month now. The removable agitator was what sold us on this model. The wife and I both love this feature. A little noisier than our last washer but the noise gives me the feeling that clothes are truly being washed. Clothes come out really clean.

I love this dryer . Clothes are totally dry on regular setting also love the color. I wanted a storage pedestal but could not find one to fit. I also love the washer. The washer has plenty of room to wash a large comforter which I love also the capacity to do small loads it also has a removable dasher which I have been looking for this is excellent for you delicate and hand washables to prevent damage to your good clothes. The only draw back I have is that the dryer is a little shorter than the dryer. But, to have the versatility it’s worth it. I would recommend this washer and dryer to a friend. Both items were on sale when I ordered them which was a big plus and I also received a $150.00 gift card for bundling my order which was another plus.

I love my top load Whirlpool Washer. It washers my clothes perfectly. I love all the options on it. It is so smart it selects how much water you will need to washer a load of clothes for you. I love this option. It is very efficient. This is my 2nd Whirlpool purchase. My first Whirlpool washer and dryer lasted for almost 20 years. This is exactly why I wanted to purchase another Whirlpool... they last almost forever. You can trust that you are getting high quality equipment. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed it purchasing the set.

I never thought I'd like an HE washing machine, but this is the one! After my 24-year old Kenmore Elite died, I did my research and chose this whirlpool for the nice interface design, the removable agitator, and the mix of computer and human control. This washer has 'load and go' to store and dispense detergent, a pre-wash feature with water dispersment and brush, and a variety of recommended settings. You can pause to unlock, adjust water level if needed (and that's not often since the efficiency setting works for me most of the time), and it's quiet enough with the laundry room door shut. I could say more, but just know I love it and can't believe I'm sold on an HE machine. I've also noticed my clothes come out smelling better with this machine and nothing more than detergent. Excellent product by Whirlpool, and excellent PTG Logistics delivery team for Best Buy!

Works well. Like that I can remove the agitator for large loads. I do not use the soap dispenser because I use different soaps like Woolite. Love the quick wash feature. Love that it wrings clothes so well they are almost already dry. I have had the machine for almost 2 years now and I still have not pressed all the buttons for other options yet. My one complaint is my roommate scratched the front wearing a zippered jacket when reaching in to get clothes. If your under 5 ft tall make sure you can reach the bottom to get stuff out. Opps second complaint coins or a key can get caught in the bottom ring, so empty all pockets before washing. I had to pull them out with tweezers. I really love the little scrub brush.

We have been using this for over a month and this whirlpool set is amazing. We replaced front load LG’s. The wifi feature and app is easy to use and a nice feature. We like an agitator so this is the best of both worlds. You can remove it for large things loke bed spreads etc. very efficient and uses minimal water. Great machine.

I have been looking for the washer for a while and finally found this one with all the features fitted for our needs and laundry room. The clothes came out clean and the machine is quiet. I like that it has the deep wash cycle that you can adjust for 3 different types of water levels. Glad that we have bought it on the Black Friday sale!

I have performed a few loads already. Install was easy and fairly straight forward. It works well, does not make much noise, and was easy to set up to the app. I would suggest it to everyone.

Very diff from the front loader we had for many years. So far so good. Definitely a learning curve. It is just off of my kitchen and I can do a load, eat dinner and not be annoyed. That is good. Much space in the washer to wash a lot of items. I haven't yet used it to wash a large comforter so if need be I will revisit my review. This is one reason I got such a large tub because I wanted to be able to wash a large comforter (queen).

I have been looking at this washer for months and loved that the agitator was removable. Now I can wash my king size blankets and comforter and not spend a fortune sending them out to be cleaned. I am so happy with my purchase!

This is our 1st upgrade in 10 years. My wife wasn't ready to let go of the agitator, so this is the model we landed on. It started out great once we got the hang of the preferred settings. The removable agitator is very easy to use. However, just one month in and it's making horrible screeching sounds during the spin cycle and staining sounds occasionally in agitation cycle. I'll update if warranty helps fix the issue.

Removable agitator is a game changer. Interior size is enormous - like, you may need an extension if you have short arms, to reach the bottom of the washer. We really love the top loaders more than the front loaders, and this is nice. The finish can scratch on the top of the dryer, but the washer glass is amazing and still looks bright and clear (albeit tinted) so you can see your load is processing.

I LOVE the option to use the agitator or take it out! I can fit a LOT in it & it gets the clothes clean!

The washer is SUPER LOUD! Love starting washer by phone. Great feature after you enable it to control the function by your phone. Cleans clothes really good if you can ignore the sound!
