Good Machine but I like my old machine better

It has the soap dispenser that is convenient because you don't have to add detergent everytime but there's no way to control how much it dispenses. I think it needs more so I have to use pods if I want more soap. I love the app to control and see the wash but I prefer my old machine that cleans better and smells better.

To avoid this you have to keep the agitator in. I love the preloaded soap I have arthritis and this feature makes it so much easier !

My laundry is in the basement, so the fact that it is a smart device is a game changer. I have started loads withiut even leaving my bed, and it announces through the house on my Google devices when its done. Its also super quiet! My issue, however, is in how long I had to wait for it from Best Buy. I originally ordered it on the 4th of july, and it wasn’t delivered until the end of September. The first one was damaged, and so it was pushed back even longer. It was incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, it was worth the wait!

App controls and being able to take the agitator out are amazing features. Getting sent a notification on my phone when the wash is done is also a -plus.
