We switched from a front loader to a top loader and this is a great choice!

This is by far the worse washer that I have purchased ever. It doesn't clean...has a hug drum but isn't strong enough to even handle a load half full. I did two full size blankets in it, and it would start, jump, stop...then I pushed start again, start and jump. I had to take the water logged blankets outside and hand dry. On smaller loads, it runs through the cycle and the close still don't smell clean. Has a plastic drum behind it and interior is plastic, so you can expect years of mold/mildew to collect and have your clothes start to smell funky after the first few months. App keep disconnecting..buttons look like they will break within a few years...Doesn't look like this will last. I returned after 5 loads and one day of using it.

I have bought several appliances from Best Buy because their installation teams and customer service were excellent. I had a washer scheduled for delivery in June, it came in damaged, the team left it in my garage and reordered for the next week's delivery. It never came so I reordered through customer service. Within a day, Best Buy tried to reschedule for another month. I can't chance being without a washer so I am canceling but now am being given a hard time about picking up the defective one taking up garage space. I am pretty disgusted.

I have had this machine for 6 months. Bottom line, this machine is the worst machine I have ever owned in my 59 years of living on this planet. It will not clean your clothes. I have tried with the agitator, without the agitator, pre soak up to 30 minutes. I have used more detergent and stain spray along with my own elbow grease and still the results are horrible. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF DOO DOO MACHINE!

Thought this may compare to an old school washer. Absolutely not. Love the water efficiency, but no where close to what an Og washer would do.

Had new washing machine 2 weeks and it now it will not turn on

We've had the washer about 2 months. PROS: Removable agitator. With agitator in, clothes get cleaner than with former impeller washer. Nice looking washer for indoors. Love the Load'n Go soap dispenser, the built-in brush station, and the ability to add water at the touch of a button. CONS: User manual not detailed enough--would like to know length of each cycle, spin speeds, etc. Display window doesn't show all your selections--would like to be able to see all options I've selected including water temp. Without the agitator, bulky loads get off balance easily. IN GENERAL: I'm 5'1" and can reach the front bottom on tiptoes. Can easily rotate the drum using the agitator handle, so I can reach small items on the bottom. Lots of cycles and options. This is plus, but also confusing at times. For example, what is the difference between a Regular wash and selecting cold water temp option, or a Cold Wash? There isn't enough information in the User Manual. Our hope is that this machine lasts longer than our top-of-the-line Maytag washer that developed bad rust problems.

the load and go feature is really bad! you can’t use different detergent for whites or color.

Love the auto soap dispenser, the large drum capacity, and the quietness of the machine. Works great! I would buy it again.

Other than a little louder than our previous machine, the washer is working properly. There is a button inside that when pressed dispenses water. Although it is convenient, it is easy to hit this button while loading the machine and getting a squirt of water. Have not used the Smart feature yet.

I love this washer.. its easy to work and big enough for bulk items such as king size comforters
