Only isdue is that you can not added anything once the ubit locks. I accidentally dropped a sock it could not throw it in with the rest of the clothes.

The third time the technician created some setting that started washing somewhat but I was only able to do all loads on heavy duty, bulky setting. Now less than three years later, it stopped working completely. $1000 washing machine completely broken in less than three years. My old washer was working for 20 years with no problems and it still worked when I upgraded. Make it make sense.

My only problem is I haven't been able to connect to the remote operation yet. Other than that, it's a five star purchase!

Both work wonderfully (bought in April 2023). I like the pretreat option (little scrubber and water stream) that is convenient for kids stains. Also stops cycle when is unbalanced.
