Worst Quality Ever

It's broken 8 times in the 24 months since we bought it. Out of that it's been inoperable 4 months while we waited for service to diagnose and then waited for parts. We've always had good results with Whirlpool for decades. Something's wrong in manufacturing. First it was bolts coming off because they didn't put locktight on. Then it was electronics failures, which have been out multiple times. Bad sign: these parts get a popular rating on BBs website.

Clothes get clean with the agitator in place. Great washer. It is a little louder than my old washer.
