The third time the technician created some setting that started washing somewhat but I was only able to do all loads on heavy duty, bulky setting. Now less than three years later, it stopped working completely. $1000 washing machine completely broken in less than three years. My old washer was working for 20 years with no problems and it still worked when I upgraded. Make it make sense.

Overall a great buy, especially when BestBuy has it on sale!! The see-thru glass lid is especially nice. And this machine does magic as it figures out all the proper measurements of laundry detergent (simply load up the dispenser for many many loads) and water. Already finding less detergent and water are needed with this unit compared to the last (decade old) washer.

I had front loader but I will never go back. I live the soak feature on this and the fact I can pour detergent in the holder and do t have to worry about adding it every load!

We are now getting a VERY loud VERY high pitched squeal when it spins. They are coming out to look at it, so we will see what they say. I hope this isnt the start of a bad product.
