Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had best buy come deliver and install the washer so i wouldnt make any mistakes in set up after 3 hours after arriving and 3 hours of trying to do one load the washer wouldnt get past sensing mode and refilling and emptying water on a continuous cycle , i gave 2 stars cause best buy did resolve it , after calling they said theyd send out geeksquad to fix it , but i asked if i could get a new one cause i shouldnt have received a broken device to begin with .

Little glitches in the computer part at times especially the washer Very sensitive detections. The dryer often has to be restarted to more time which is not efficient.

Before washing your first load, it is recommended to run an empty cycle using HE detergent and the ""Quick Wash"" setting to clean the drum and prepare the dispenser.
Was the correct wash temperature selected, and were the hoses connected correctly?
Water Temperature: Use hot or warm washes for fabrics that can safely handle them, following garment care labels. The Casual or Delicate cycle can increase the water level, which helps reduce the chance of dye transfer. Note that even cold wash settings may use some warm water to maintain a minimum temperature.
Hose Connection: Verify that the hot water inlet hose is connected to the household hot water supply and the cold water hose is connected to the cold water supply. Reversed hoses can lead to warm rinsing water, which may set wrinkles. Refer to your Installation Instructions for details.
Water Supply: Ensure both hot and cold household water faucets are completely turned on for proper fill.
Cycle and Settings Selection
Cycle selection is essential, as each is an optimized combination of agitation/tumbling speed, spin speed, and water temperature, tailored to fabric type and soil level.
TEMPERATURE: Select a wash temperature based on fabric and soil level, using the warmest setting safe for your fabric.
SOIL LEVEL (Wash Time): Select a setting (Light, Extra Heavy, or Extra Power) that matches your load's soil level. Lighter settings can help reduce tangling and wrinkling.

Are you using HE or High-Efficiency Detergent?

It washes very slowly and doesn’t scrub anything off. Too much money for a machine that doesnt even wash well.
