We are coming from a 10 year old LG top loading washer and dryer. The units look great! They seem to do an admirable job of cleaning as far as I can tell but so far I have not been impressed with the load balancing. I just did a load consisting of two 36"x36" blankets and a cat bed. After having to reposition the blankets 5! times in an attempt to balance the washer, I finally gave up and hung the blankets on the shower curtain rod to air dry. Not inspiring for a first wash. The 2nd load I tried putting the agitator in and holy cow this thing is noisy.. woke my wife up in the other room level of noisy. So I removed the agitator and while it's better.. this thing is still loud. Our 10 year old LG didn't make noise like this. I'll give it another week but if I can't fire up a load of laundry without having to close both the laundry room door and our bedroom door in order to sleep.. I may have to return this set and go a different way.

I like the installment plan that Best Buy has without interest for 24 months. However, my problem lies on their delivery company they chose to service the customer. That didn't sit well on me. The delivery people didn't do their job as theyare supposed to. I paid for everything that Best Buy told me that does not cover. Have they refunded the money? No.

Not recommended for short people
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The removable agitato, large capacity, the water button and little brush that you can fill with stain remover is what initially drew me to this washer. I thought I could use the water button and brush to pretreat my clothes. But any water that you use in the washer before you start a wash has to get drained first before the washer would start working. That was annoying because I thought it would just add to the water. I thought the auto dispenser for the laundry detergent would be useful, but honestly, I was uncertain how much detergent it would really dispense, it was really hard to tell if it was even dispensing and how much it was dispensing so I eventually stopped using liquid detergent and switched over to pods. Lastly, I am 5’1” and could not reach to the bottom of the drum to get small items out, I had to use a stepstool and a grabber just to do laundry. I already hate doing laundry so this washer just made the entire process even worse. The matching dryer was another issue in itself with the constant condensation.

Yea I know how to load a washer. Big or small always happens. We check almost daily that it is level. And it is. So frustrating to move the wet clothes around every time and restart the machine. Loads are taking 4 hrs. I usually give up and use the rinse and spin feature. But I don’t feel the loads are getting clean. I like to replace this machine. Purchased 11/23
