I kept opening the washer to level the clothes but the machine could not adjust itself. It took 2 hours to wash one load. I've used many times since then and have not had the problem reoccur.

The cost to repair is over $500 and this is the 2nd time we've had repairs done to it. Maybe I expect too much from products anymore? I don't expect forever, but I do expect more than what I'm getting.

Good washer but not very resilient

Clothes come out dirty

It started off well, but for the past several months, my clothes come out looking worse than they went in. Dark clothes, in particular, have an imbedded lint residue of some sort all over them. I have tried all of the manufacturer's suggestions to remedy the problem, with no success. I'll be trying out the Geek Squad coverage I bought, and hopefully they will fix it.
