We just bought the washer during Black Friday deals and already certain cycles are not working. The soap is not being dispensed properly and the machine stopped in the middle of a cycle and started making weird loud noises that I recorded on video. I am so disappointed with this machine. My purchasing experience with Best Buy was also the worst I've ever had! I charged everything to my Best Buy credit card which was approved. Then after scheduling delivery date they cancelled my order without telling because one item was out of stock. I agreed to purchase it with a back order date in Jan but they told me I missed the Black Friday deal and have to order and charge my card all over again. I spent hours on the phone and even days because of this. They ended up honoring the Black Friday deals and I got the machines I wanted only to have them broken with the very first wash I attempted. Now I have to waste more time with the warranty company and getting the machines serviced. This was the worst decision I have ever made.

I love my new washer and dryer. I am glad I spent a little more on these two products. No complaints or anything to add to make it a better product. Love the color looks just like the picture. I love my washer and dryer and after long hours of researching Best Buy gave me the best prices on them. A little more expensive, but worth it in the long run! Couldn't be happier with them.

This new machine is awesome! Runs great and really cleans well! And wow, the room inside!

upgraded from a 20 year old washer, this thing is massive! I can do in one load what used to be 2-3 loads. I've had to get used to the less water, longer wash time and different way it cleans clothes but everything comes out feeling clean. We love this washer! The only con, it is so big I have to use a stool to reach the bottom as we have it sitting on a slight pedestal

Good capacity washer, easy to use and has all the wash cycles required to do laundry.

Best washer ever...it washes a huge load of clothes and is so quite. Looks great and is just what I always wanted.

I purchased this washer and matching dryer about two years ago. They’re still running strong and working well without a single problem. I’ve been impressed at its ability to handle heavier items like comforters. I was even able to wash my husband’s 22-pound weighted blanket.

I'm in love with this washer! I can do huge loads of laundry and have been enjoying doing laundry because of this washer! I can easily wash my king comforter with extra room for a blanket or sheets!

I love this dryer! It's large capacity dries everything on one setting and I never have to dry our clothes twice. Another plus, clothes don't get tangled up like in the smaller dryers. And, it's so very pretty! My energy bill also stays the same.

If you hate doing laundry, you will love this washing machine. It holds sooo much more than a regular sized machine. I only have to do 3 loads each weekend instead of 6 or 7.

The first one delivered didnt spin the clothes out. However, on the second delivery no complaints with the item. Happy with purchase. Makes minimal noise

The first one delivered was defective, the spin cycle did not work. The second one was delivered promptly and has worked just as expected! It has a large capacity tub. It is quite deep and because I am only 5'2", I have a hard time reaching the clothes at the very bottom. It is much quieter than the Maytag I replaced. I would recommend this washing machine especially if you can buy it on sale. Check other competitive stores. Best Buy matched the sale price from Lowes.
