Whirlpool nevers fails to impress. Great performance

got this as an open box, works and looks great!!!!

Five burners, easy to clean, big front window to see what's cooking. The only issue I had is that it does not overlap the counter top. I had to buy a trim kit.

Powerful stove and a pleasure to use. Really enjoy that the grate is two large pieces, which gives me the freedom to place pots and pans all over. Very sleek and modern.

When I came into Best Buy I didn't know what I was looking for but when I talked to a sales associate and seen the maytag stove I fell in love I recommend this stove to anyone I loved it.

I've happy with this new slide-in gas range. It has been installed and setup by Best Buy technician.

Well, after many hours of painstaking research, comparisons, a purchase and return, we found our new member of the family. The look is really nice, nice modern style and it feels sturdy. We absolutely love the large 2 piece cooking grates. Plenty of room to move things around easily. Part of the reason we returned our first purchase was because of how the oven heat was vented out (straight at you). This vents up in the back and you don't feel it when you are cooking and have the oven on at the same time. The difference between heat radiance from the one we returned and this one is night and day. This really matters to us because of heat sensitivity due to my wife having MS and the fact we have a smaller kitchen. The burners did not turn down low enough for us, but it is very easy to adjust each burner by removing the knob and using a small flat head screwdriver to adjust them. This is demonstrated in the manual. Now we have a true simmer setting on most of our burners. The oven capacity is great, plenty of room. For the price it should come with a gliding rack, but oh well. The large window is awesome for watching "Oven TV". Nice rapid preheat settings and the control panel walks you through what buttons to push for ease. I think the only negatives we have after many months of use, besides not having a gliding rack, are that the control panel should be flush instead of inset. It can be a little tricky to clean and if you spill something on the control panel it will be a mess trying to clean it out because it has crevices. For the price we wish it came with a griddle and wok grate, but we can alway buy those. Overall, we really do love our new range. We were concerned on how a slide in would be in our home, but when we remodeled our kitchen we thankfully brought the backsplash tile down to counter height behind the stove so it looks great not having a " back" and it fit just like any other range. Happy cooking!

A very good looking range. Heats quickly and burners on top are strong. Easy to clean cooking surface. Drawer is a little on the flimsy side.

After 14 months of dealing with Whirlpool and their service techs Best Buy is replacing the stove (with another brand). At the end of the last service call the Whirlpool appointed serviceman told me two things: 1. Maybe this was an oven you just can't bake in and 2. Don't call for service again. We won't come out. Best Buy sent their service tech out and low and behold it was as I said, the oven does not hold a temperature. It is either way too hot or not hot enough. I've either burnt stuff a crisp or it takes 2 hours to bake a pie. It has been a nightmare to deal with. I must add that Best Buy did try to order the 3 broken parts only to find out that they were back ordered first for 4 weeks and then for another week. I should add that as of today I have waited for an answer from at least 7 phone calls to Whirlpool for 3 months. Obviously, I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased this stove because the reviews were good and let me tell you that is not true the stove has a super great look that is it. The cooking on top of the stove is ok if the disk where flames come out are not on 100% correct the flames do not come out correctly and self clean is just what it is you must self clean the oven yourself never seen anything like this you have to pour a 1 3/4 cup of water in bottom of oven and click start clean and oven run for ONLY 40MINS and did not clean one thing in my oven and my oven is not nasty the glass have a few brown spots and it was still there and I tried again nothing the worst product Whirlpool has ever made I have always purchase only whirlpool refrigerator and decide to do all my appliances with whirlpool I am so disappointed and probley stuck with this because it has been a year now and this is the first time I have ever used the cleaning option I will hold for a couple of years and I am giving this away free going back to my kitchen aid stove if you want just looks it is great other than that you will be disappointed for sure. I have had service men out to my home 3 times on my stove oh wow never ever another whirlpool I think I am done with all whirlpool products now
