Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The oven max temp is only 500 degrees. I don't like the burners because even if you set them at the lowest, they are too powerful. The screen is nice but the controllers are hard to push.

Hope you don't need service
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whirlpool will not stand behind their product, especially if they deem it only cosmetic. We spent over $2000 and a month later found a half dollar sized blemish in the clear coat of the stove top. Went to best buy then whirlpool to local repair to then be told that since it was cosmetic whirlpool would do nothing.

Aqua Clean does not do anything
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Aqua clean feature is useless. It does nothing for the side walls. They basically tell you to get out something to scrub with just like 50 years ago I do not recommend.

Great cooking but safety and cleaning challenges
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this stove for 16 months and mostly love it. I especially love that it's a slide in that seamlessly integrates with the counter for a high-end cooktop look. The biggest issue, however, is that the ignition knobs don't click into the off position, so are easily nudged on when wiping or moving something on the stove. This happened last night and, were it not for my new CO/gas alarm that roused me out of bed 2 hours later, I probably would have blown up my home turning on the lights this morning. I love the continuous cooking surface and hinged grates for easy access to clean around the burners but the burner covers are easily dislodged, which impacts the flame distribution. And despite regular cleaning, the enameled steel has lost its sheen around the burners...disappointing after such a brief time. This is my first experience baking with gas and I find it runs a little cold and is just not as consistent as an electric oven. I add 3 degrees to the target temp for more accurate cook times. Really enjoy the frozen bake, timed bake, and convection features. The broiler cycles too frequently for even reults though. And the aqua lift self-cleaning feature doesn't do much. Really a joke that you still have to seriously scrub. I'll never forget to put a cookie sheet under a pie again after that cleaning nightmare. Like I said, mostly good but a few serious issues that keep me from recommending it to others. Next time I'll look for gas burners with an electric oven.

Used Six Times Before Control Panel Failed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So disappointed with this stove. Bought a whole matching set of Whirlpool kitchen appliances maybe three years ago. Our current range was still perfectly fine, so the stove was kept in climate controlled and dry garage until needed. It was installed recently and worked fine. First disappointment was how loud the vent fan in it was. Very annoying and would run even after oven was shut down until oven was cool. Whatever. But then one day the whole control panel was dead! Used it maybe six times prior to its failure. Oven is currently inoperable and out of warranty even though it’s barely been used. Of course, Whirlpool doesn’t make service manuals available to public for it, and I don’t know how to determine if it’s the control panel or circuit board. They’re both around 300 each. Basically a brand new stove and I’m going to be out several hundred dollars minimum to get it working again. What a joke. Why does an oven need so many circuit boards in the first place?! Ovens used to be so simple and would last decades. I got a couple weeks out of this *very expensive* oven. Absolutely fuming right now.

Burners don't simmer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can only simmer on the lowest output burner. All other burners are too hot to simmer, even at the lowest setting. If I heat a stockpot on a larger burner, I have to move it to the lowest output burner to maintain a simmer. I scheduled a repair appointment at Whirlpool's recommendation and was told that the burners are high output and cannot be adjusted; this is just how this range works. I really like the size and function of the convection oven but I wouldn't buy this range.

Warrenty is horrible!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought an oven like this one in 2016, bought a three year warranty, lost the first year warranty so in fact it became a 2 year warranty. So $1,399.99 for the oven $99.00 for the warranty and now $ $380.00 for repairs on sensor and fan replacement. Only 3 years and 4 months old. Needless to say I am not happy with Whirlpool or Best Buy! No one told me the manufacturer warranty ran concurrent with Whirlpool warranty! I am angry and may never buy Whirlpool products again or shop at Best Buy!! was it worth it people??????
