I reviewed many ranges before coming across this range at Best Buy. The reviews were good, so I decided to purchase. Having a small oven is great for my family (2 people) and having the larger oven also is great for family gatherings. The only thing I didn't anticipate is a normal single oven has a space at the bottom in the back for your electric connection. My connection (about the size of a brick) sets on the floor and the range plugs into it. When the range is pushed back the "brick" slide into the space under the range. This range does NOT have the space since the bottom oven goes almost to the ground. So, I had to install a receptacle in the wall to plug in this range and it still stuck out about 3 inches due to the thickness of the plug.

There is only one problem with this oven. The lower oven is very low to the ground. Other than that, it is perfect! the pre heat is incredibly fast, and I can cook three pizzas or three sheets of cookies at once . My four boys love the volume of food this oven can kick out quickly

This oven is tall enough that my 6' 9" husband and I can cook with ease. Great functions in the five burners atop the stove. Heats water in a fraction of the time our old stove did. We are very pleased with the two ovens. Its a little hard to get to the back of the lower oven so if you cant get down on your knees this one isn't for you. The cleaning cycle is amazing; its great to have a steam clean option. Great use of height as it raises the burners for easier cooking on top, it provides a small, but not too small, oven as well as a spacious lower oven. We can cook thanksgiving all at once! The convection choice works great!

I find this smooth surface hard to keep clean. I expected to be able to wipe it off, but have had to scrape it several times. I am still trying to understand the convection - finding if difficult to figure out cooking times!

I only gave the oven 3 stars because of the black top. It's very hard to clean. My stove before had a gray/black/white speckled top that was much easier to clean.

Love the ability to switch between the small and large ovens. Small oven is perfect size for everyday meals for two people - heats quickly!

I really love the fact of having the ability to cook two separate items at the same time.

At the beginning, I praised this range highly and was excited about the unit, but in less than 30 days of hardly using it, we heard a huge POP when turning one of the knobs to cook & it stopped working. The technician came and ordered the pieces so we only have 1/2 of the stove working;; also the clock is not keeping correct time since then. When I called Whirlpool the supervisor said that if a technician can repair the unit, they won't replace the unit. This is very disappointing since we all buy new ones to enjoy them, not to start repairing them. Imagine if this happens in less than one month, what is expected when the range is more than one year old? I would NOT recommend anyone buying this range; since it seems that they are defective. I expected more from Whirlpool but heard from others than Whirlpool is not build as good as many years ago.
