Should be called a damper not a dryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After attempting to dry 5 separate loads, of varying sizes, it seems they all required at least 2, in some cases 3, 60+ minute drying cycles at the highest heat level to get clothes completely dry. Super disappointing. Requested a replacement in hopes that this one just happens to be a dud. If the replacement does the same thing, I am getting a different dryer altogether.

Large dependable dryer

The drop down door can make it more difficult to reach into the dryer to retrieve a small clothing item and worried it might be difficult to open if the bi-fold door for the laundry area was not completely open.
