Areas of some of the clothes are still wet. To overcome this, I can use the timed dry feature, but this basically defeats the purpose of the new technology. Also, the end of cycle buzzer is loud enough to be heard from another room.

For 900 bucks which is way more than I spent on my previous Samsung and GE, which lasted 10 years each before I need maintenance! So I am disappointed that I went the extra mile and need maintenance 5 months in, I would'nt purchase from Whirlpool again, I also have the matching Washing machine! Fingers crossed it doesn't go out too!
