We also got the pedestal to raise the level and it has made all the difference for me with my back injury. The whole Best Buy experience was perfect! Sales people were very knowledgeable, gave us a better price match that we hadn’t found. The delivery guys were fast and efficient.

Better than most but not the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A couple things bother me about this dryer that I wish I had known before purchasing. 1 - There is no light inside the drum so it makes it difficult to see if you have removed all the articles from inside. 2 - The door is quite small and this too makes it difficult to remove all the articles within. Other than these two issues, its a pretty good dryer. Not sure I would purchase it again, I would look for a machine that has an inside light. If a light is not important to you , then this is a good choice.
