To make a long story short, the dryer was delivered either defective or with big dents on the sides 3 times!! we dealt with this for about 3 weeks until we decided to give up and just return the washer and dryer and buy a different brand. Best buy customer service was not bad but it wasn't great either, I was promised a gift card for my inconvenience which I never received.
