I really like this dryer and it does a good job. The settings are easy to figure out. Saw some complaints about having to wait for the countdown when you push the start button, it is really no big deal, and takes 3 seconds.

It was an open box item with minor scratches. Delivered and installed and looks great. Runs great! It's been a short period of time but we are happy we got it.

So far the units are excellent. They look fantastic and work as advertised. We did purchased an extended warranty from Best Buy for peace of mind.

Whirlpool is a great brand and this is a high volume model that is proven to work well. FYI The chrome shadow is really nice but may not be worth the money if not in view much (e.g. a basement).

It take little time to get use to. The overall machine is great.

Washer and dryer

It was a challenge to get what I needed for delivery. I called on 3 different times to have delivery, installation and haul away. When to men came with the produce, their records indicated they were to drop off in the garage. This challenge was disheartening.

Love the de wrinkle app and dry timer on the dryer . Washer makes no noise and clothes come out. Sry clean with little soap use. So far, great purchase.
