Great buy, easy to use, got it when the Samsung went down after 1 year

LOVE this new washer. No more wasted water, it knows how much to add based on the weight? of the laundry. Not sure how it does it, but somehow gauges how big of a load you've got. Very quiet and I love the music it makes when you turn it on! Took a little bit getting used to the door lock, but now it makes sense and is easy enough to open once the cycle has started if needed. Also took a little getting used to how large the drum is, my short arms cannot reach across to get wet clothes from other side, I need to spin the drum to get some things out, no real biggie.

Top loaders are great the bucket is roomy for king size comforters. Handles bulky loads easily take 3 loads condense to 1.

I've only had the washer for one month but so far I really like it. There are plenty of options for washing the clothes so that I can choose what's right for any type of fabric. The only pitfall I've run into so far is the sound it makes when the load is done. The little melody it plays isn't loud enough or different enough for me to hear it above the TV if the laundry room door is closed...would have preferred a beeping noise and that it be louder.

It stopped spinning twice - but it seems to have fixed itself.

I was nervous about buying a high efficiency washer without an agitator but have been pleasantly surprised with this washing machine! It's quiet, able to fit a lot of clothes in a load, love the touch controls and that you can custom wash each load and washes well. I would definitely recommend this washer!

Looks good and conserves water. I can wash large loads and it clean well with the right detergent.

This is my first steam washer and I am loving it. I am all for sanitizing the laundry and this is a great way to accomplish. With the deep fill options, there is always room for a full load. For a fur babies loving family, all of our things come clean! We will never go back to a front loader!

I love this washer! It is quiet (it's on my main living level of my home). My clothes come out clean in the normal amount of time. It does a great job on my grandchildrens' stained clothes too. It works so much better than my previous Samsung washer. I also like that it is made in the USA.

Nice capacity and does a good job. We do typically use the deep water feature based on the loads we wash. Never had a HE unit and do have a mental problem with the no agitator thing, but it does well and has a number of features that can be used as needed.

... with this washer. It operates well and the controls are easy. It saves water and that means a lot when water prices keep increasing as they do. It's quiet and seems very well built. Now if it would only connect with my phone to communicate with me!

This washer has worked really well for us. We've had it for 5 months with no problems at all.

This washer is massive and cleans very well. I read a lot of reviews of it not using enough water or not cleaning the clothes well not having a agitator. My first test was washing my dirt bike gear to see how well it removes mud and stains out of baby blue gear. Came out excellent.
